Massilia Hôtel

Close to the train sustain and lots of restaurants. Large room with full sized bed and two twins. Very comfortable for 4.

Hôtel très proche de la gare, personnel très poli, serviable. Mais lors de la prise de la douche : absence de douchette (elle était cassée le matin même…) et impossibilité de prendre un petit déjeuné (alors qu’il est indiqué). La climatisation, quant à elle était HS

Avevo riservato una stanza più spaziosa con 2 letti separati, invece mi hanno dato una camera piccola, con letto matrimoniale piccolo, e poi non funzionava l’aria, perchè hanno detto che si era rotta proprio quel giorno. Un disastro!

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais c'était suffisant. Peut-être mettre une poignée sur la porte coulissante côté douche et le lavabo avait du mal à s'écouler. Appartement propre

Tres bon hôtel, calme.
Chambre très propre. Oetsonnel très sympathique et bienveillant.

À l’arrivée, j’ai eu la surprise de constater qu’il n’avait pas pris en compte et surtout pas lu mon message de renseignements concernant le lit de mon fils de 15 ans.
Ils avaient juste prévu un lit pour un bébé et surtout n’avait pas lu le mail que je leur avais envoyé lors de la réservation.
Bon point, ils nous ont surclassé, mais avec un paiement dégressif.

Very cute little Hotel, close to all the action and the Train Station.

Petit déjeuner pour enfants seulement : viennoiseries séchées et Babybel ou Kiri pour les protéines

Hôtel bien placé pour un wk a Marseille pas loin du metro de la canebiere et du vieux port juste un bémol difficle de stationner moi j ai eu de la chance il y a 3 places devant l hôtel

Just what we needed, no frills. Great to have an elevator. Had to catch some early morning trains, so worked out great.

Problème de mitigeur à la douche, l'eau était bouillante et impossible de me doucher! ...Réaction de la réception quand je leur dit : "ha"...
Petit déjeuner pas terrible.
Pour le reste c'est propre et correct.

This quaint hotel suited our needs as it was near the Marseilles train station. There was nothing notable about the room. It was clean but quite small. One “beware’ note: the website showed a cute breakfast room, so when asked if we wanted to add breakfasts to our meal we said yes. Breakfast consisted of various kinds of pre-made individually wrapped muffins and pastries, individually wrapped cheeses, individual yogurt and fruit cups. There was white bread for toast. Nothing hot except the coffee, nothing fresh except some fruit. The milk in the fridge had a best before date in June; we were there in October. I’m assuming this was the problem when using the Cafe au Lait option on the coffee machine, as the coffee was terrible. The cost for this breakfast: 11 Euros per person. 😳

Our bathroom drain flooded and we could not use the shower or toilet for nearly our whole stay. They were not able to properly fix it and refused to work with Expedia when we were trying to get any amount refunded. Don't stay here!

Very close to gare st charles train station. Area unsafe at night. Area dirty, garbage everywhere, area ghetto ish. Front personnel very unfriendly and not helpful.

There was a stain on our sheet which we discovered that when housekeeping came by they didn't switch the sheet - they turned it over. I found that humorous but it indicated their priorities; need to save water somewhere.
