Very nice affordable stay close to everything.
Pros:

I’ve been here 5 or 6 times for football weekend, golf week, pre cruise stay and every time the place is always perfect. Although it’s an older place, it’s Super clean and well maintain and the managers on duty are always very friendly and helpful. Will be back again for sure.

Perfect stay for one night as we were in Fort Lauderdale one day and out the next

A clean and well-maintained apartment with old appliances and furniture.
Pros:

Very clean, new floors, comfortable bed, adequate parking, plenty of towels and pillows.

Cons:

The furniture and appliances were old, though they worked fine. There were no instructions for operating the TVs: I could get cable but only in SD on one and the other could get only Roku free channels (Roku subscription had expired).

Clean, comfortable and great location.
Pros:

Super clean room and very nice staff at check-in and check-out. Close drive to the Hard Rock Live venue for a concert.

Cons:

Parking in alley could be better and a king bed. would have been nice since the room was so spacious.

Good price nice rooms

Cons:

Power in our room went off at about 8am and didn't get restored until after we checked out at 11:30. Also, the shower was either hot or cold. The mixing valve didn't.

We really loved everything! Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we had only positive impressions.
Special thanks to the very kind young man at the front desk — he explained everything clearly, showed us around, and was extremely friendly and welcoming. He made our check-in smooth and comfortable.

We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great service!
