THE HOTEL ARE CLOSED AND NO OPERATION ANYMORE I WANT REFUNABLE

Me and family wasnt stay there at Grand Sri Lagenda. The receptionist was nobody after we arrived from home. Then we call number that have been given at the counter and not answered. This make us mad because we have booked online and already full paid. I hope this hotel will shutdown their business in the future because i try to refund and Hotels.com overlooked this incident!

I am can't check in in sri lagenda hotel.. the recepcient counter was closed n not accept any visitor.. please refund my money back because i already pay once booking using hotels.com.. please advise me regarding this matter - mwafi65@gmail.com

Bad receptionist and facilities. The worst i ever experienced.

Big room for 2/3 family and bare minimum clean.

Overall, good. Need improvement, room 723A, should have dining table at kitchen area. We need to sit on the floor during break fast & sahur during fasting month recently. Not sure if the room come without that facilities.

The hotel was functional. To improve it's rating it needs to improve the room services. The towels were well past their sell by date. There is no fridge in the room. The cable channels are limited, with the majority fuzzy. The bathroom had no towel racks or soap dish in the shower. The wardrobe did not have the bars installed for hangers. No safe in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful where they could be. The hotel website advertised a airport shuttle, but the staff knew nothing about it. There is shopping and restaurants wthin a short walk. For transportation I utilized the Grab App which was convenient and reasonably priced.

The room was big and clean. Surrounding area was very quiet. 15 mins drive from Bangi Avenue Convention Center. The hotel is very new because the mall was really empty

Hotel staff is nice. First day when I enter the room there is unpleasant smell in toilet. During second day when I go out, I received whatsapp from hotel staff asking whether cleaning is needed, requested for room cleaning and I feel the toilet is cleaner after that. Shower gel and shampoo is provided but portion is less.

The overall stay was exceptionally good. But it will take a bit of work to get there. I had to call up the hotel to know where exactly the location. The receptionist will ask you to look for THE SHERWOOD HOTEL. It turns out that both of the hotel share the same building. Looking for the lobby was also a challenged, but as it turns out you can directly find the lobby from the basement parking. Just look for the small sign that will pointed out the hotel lobby.
The surrounding was still under constructions. But with walking distance you have places to shop and dine until night time. The room was huge but cleaning need to be improved. How I loved the spacious space. But somehow the balcony have door that can only be lock from outside. The view nothing to be seen. Only how big the area are. If you want to stay indoor that the management need to improved on the TV channels and receptions. Quite bad. They have praying mat ready and the kiblat directions in the room. You just call from your HP if you need room service. The will provide you with the lift card other than your room card. But I found out that there are lifts that can be used from basement to the hotel level. Not all the facilities that was listed in the website was available in the room. Just check with the receptionist and you will be okay.

I think the problem is the staff are all new and inexperienced, and so the quality of front desk not encouraging but can be improved. Room is decent and clean, but there is only one working elevator right now so I ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Hotel needs more signs I think, not the easiest one to find while driving.

Don't underestimate the first impression of the overall look. The room was absolutely remarkable! Totally a 5 star worth.

The building where this hotel is located isn't completely occupied during my stay. But the room was so spacious and brand new everything. They even have air fresheners in the room
