Disappointing
Cons:

We were disappointed with the breakfast arrangement during our stay. We arrived around 9 AM on the day of check in and on the day of checkout, we had to leave around 5 AM. Since breakfast was included in our booking, we called the hotel a day in advance to request that our breakfast be adjusted accordingly.

Unfortunately, our request was denied in the name of policy, and we were told that the hotel would pack breakfast for us on the day of departure. However, the packed breakfast provided for two people was extremely inadequate — it consisted of a small portion of fruit for one person, sandwich in half, and two mini muffins.

We understand that early departures may require packed meals, but the quantity provided was nowhere near sufficient for two people. It was disappointing that despite informing the hotel in advance, they failed to arrange a proper breakfast.

The policies are meant to keep things in line and here they were inflexible without taking the situation in consideration.
The hotel should improve its service and ensure that guests receive an adequate meal equivalent to the breakfast included in their booking, even when they need to leave early. This experience negatively affected our overall stay

Perfect for a budget stay!
Pros:

We reluctantly booked this hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing hospitality of the staff. For a budget stay, everything was pretty good. Best wishes and good luck to the team!

Cons:

We weren't chuffed about the lack of a hand shower in the bathroom, otherwise no complaints. The hotel seems rather understaffed, but everyone was pulling off a lot more than expected.

Cons:

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the ₹1,000 late checkout charge that was applied during my stay.
I checked out at around 2:00 PM instead of the standard 12:00 PM because I returned late from an important interview. This extension was never planned. I had left the hotel at approximately 9:00 AM and only returned at around 1:30 PM to collect my belongings before checking out. Therefore, I hardly used the room beyond the normal checkout time.
Additionally, I checked in at around 7:00 PM on the previous day, despite the standard check-in time being 2:00 PM. While I did not expect compensation for the delayed check-in, I was surprised that no similar flexibility was extended for a two-hour delay in checkout.
Considering these circumstances, I kindly request that the ₹1,000 late checkout charge be reviewed and refunded as a gesture of goodwill. I hope you will consider my request positively, as I otherwise had a pleasant stay.
