You guys need to work on your behaviour and mentions the things which are chargeable
Cons:

Everything, receptionist so rude. And property put some stuff in room for eating like chips and chocolates. Without mention that its chargeable. At the time of checkout they are asking 1500rs for those chocolates and chips. I never suggest anyone to stay there

Amazing Staff & Wonderful experience
Pros:

We stayed at Glades for an extended period of time. The staff are just AMAZING, very polite, very helpful, just don't have enough words to express 😄 overall great experience! Would consider Glades for future visits too!

Cons:

There's not much of a view from the room, which is alright considering the location. But we were here to explore anyway.

Its a studio hotel, not something recommended for a longer stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was served late. I had to rush. The spread was ok.

Cons:

Small rooms, congested corridors, at night the facade light is a problem. Due to glass windows, you cannot have complete darkness in the room. Curtains can block 90 percent of it but rest 10 percent was annoying. Food (pizza) served in the room was below par, service was too late.
