Bargain. Very good hotel at very reasonable price

Large window and good balcony overlooking pool

1 USD per kg for laundry and shops 1 minute away if you tune right from hotel entrance
1.minute left ISA Cambodian large restaurant with very cheap beer for example W.g 1.5 USD for a quart in a bucket of ice
Overall at about 24 USD a night this is a bargain kfa hotel. The centre of town they are double this for smaller rooms within ela less peaceful setting

Cons:

The only thing that may concern some travellers is that it is further from the centre. In Tuk Tuk terms about £1 to pub street or so, so hardly a fault. No problem getting Grabs from the hotel.
The fridge didn't work, but I am sure they would have fixed that if we asked, as it was such good service.

We stayed at Sahara Angkor Hotel for four nights on my first trip to Cambodia with my dad, and we had such a lovely time that we even extended our stay. The hotel has a vintage feel with Khmer charm, and our room was small but the perfect size for us.
The team were incredibly warm, responsive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They always greeted us with a smile, helped with anything we needed, and really went the extra mile. Breakfast was great each morning, and we loved that we could order a cappuccino instead of the standard filter coffee. Laundry service was fast and very convenient.
They organised all our tours and arranged the hotel’s driver, Sareth, who was outstanding. He was thoughtful, patient, and took us to so many wonderful temple sites and waited patiently and gave us water after big walking days in the heat. He even surprised us with a scenic night ride around the city with the wondweful dinner and Khmer dance show he recommended. Between his large air-con van and his fancy VIP remorque, we felt well looked after the whole time.

Nice boutique hotel & the price are great !
Pros:

Very helpful team work. Room very comfy with high speed wifi. So clean and so fresh with pool view from balcony. I like the space of my room size so sleeping was great there. They serve us with a good breakfast box when I was check out early. Many thanks Savada angkor.

Pros:

Clean ! Good value, Wifi so great, Beautiful large pool, Food so so good with friendly stuffs. I got a high floor with very nice view from balcony Location to pub street 4-5 minutes by Tuk Tuk.

Cozy and calm boutique hotel
Pros:

The hotel is not far from Pub street, a tuktuk ride away. It has a nice garden and swimming pool. Very spacious rooms with balcony and very helpful and polite staff that helps with anything you need. Fridge, kettle and hairdryer in the room.

Pros:

Love everything in Savada angkor. Everyone were so friendly and helpful. Room were clean and comfortable. Nice pool view from balcony, wifi was great. breakfast were good and dinner was brilliant on menu set. They offer free pick up by tuk tuk from bus station in town when i had paid USD8/person from airport by mini van. They also provide free transfer to town everyday or around 15 min. walk to pub street or night market. It's a quiet beautiful boutique hotel i had never been after the whole day tour from temple to relax. Absolutely back to Savada Angkor for my trip in Siem reap, Angkor Wat !!!

Pros:

Quiet, calm, clean. Friendly staff. Brilliant breakfasts👍🏻

Poor quality food offered for evening meal.

Passable but quality staff
Pros:

Staff were really great. They are definitely the most outstanding attribute to this establishment. Pool size and surrounding garden was nice and quaint

Wifi did not work correctly in the room, so impossible to work
Stains on towels and pillows
Would of been a higher rating if wifi worked and if they didn't try to charge me for a bottle of water that should of been complimentary at least

Nothing extraordinary but ok
Pros:

Room spacious, fridge, air conditioning and mattress good. The refrigerator depends on the overall electrical system, for which you need a keycard. But I got a second card without any problems.
The staff is very friendly and always tries hard, but sometimes exactely this makes it difficult...

Cons:

...cause of all the efforts to please the guest, things sometimes get a bit complicated. Breakfast ended up taking 45 minutes, even though there were only 4 guests in the hotel...
But I don't want to complain. The team gave everything...
There are hotels that are comparable in price and rating but a little closer to the “Old Market” hotspot.
