I booked the room inclusive of breakfast, and it was really worth it. The breakfast menu was just right and not excessive. The location of the hotel is good.

Fabulous place to stay on tour.
Pros:

Everything! Good size rooms, has all amenities, good restaurant and helpful staff. Good value for money. A perfect hotel for unwinding after a long day tour of Mysuru.

Exceptional hotel & service for solo travelling woman
Pros:

I can only recommend Roopa Elite to any solo travelling woman (that comes to Mysore for yoga). The area the hotel is in is very safe, too and in 5 minutes by rikshaw you reach Gokulam. The staff is exceptional. The kindness of the people working there is incredible from all the receptionists among them Robert, Teja Swini, the restaurant staff and the laundry service - all 5*! I stayed for a whole month at Roopa Elite and really felt home there. It was my first time in India and I especially thank Mr Kundan for taking such exceptional care of me. I have never seen something similar when travelling to other places. He organized my transport, reserved train tickets, helped with my further travels, invited me to his home to meet his family, giving me the opportunity of a local experience, even brought me to the train station when I left Mysore and will still help me during my further travels here in India. During my stay, he reached out continuously making sure that I have everything I need and am safe. The Roopa Elite team made my stay exceptional and I am surely coming back. The rooms are very clean and spacious, they have nice balconies and the pool and the restaurant terrace is very enjoyable. They have good and safe food options for “western stomachs”, too and can adapt to any food requirements.

Cons:

The wifi connection needs to be improved but the staff was so kind to offer working from their office.

Too Noisy For Us.
Pros:

Lovely staff, great room and good location.

Cons:

The rooms have an alarm on the door that sounds if the door is not shut properly. Every night, we were woken up by this noise. What a ridiculous design. Because of the noise we would not go back again.

Pros:

Gut geschlafen, zentrale Lage, das Personal war immer freundlich.
Einiges war mal neu, aber dafür sauber.
Besonders das Restaurant wirkte teils etwas abgenutzt, aber das Essen war gut und lecker.
