Pros:

Bien que l hôtel se trouve au sommet d'une pente assez raide, il est idéalement situé pour visiter les monuments et lieux les plus intéressants de la ville.
Le staff est très aimable et le le lit est très confortable.
Un parfum très agréable empreigne l hôtel.
Je vous le conseille vivement.

Pros:

Kleines Hotel oberhalb der Altstadt gelegen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und alles ist sehr neu. Trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum ist alles sehr ruhig.

Pros:

My 3-night stay at Hotel Aziza in Sarajevo (22–25 Feb) was a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in a great location, especially if you want easy access to the old town and main attractions. The views overlooking the city were beautiful, particularly in the evening.

I felt safe walking alone from the old town back to the hotel in the evenings

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with questions or recommendations.

Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh each morning. The atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and welcoming.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo and would consider staying again.

В отеле ОЧЕНЬ чисто, хорошо убраны номера приятно пахнет. На фото он выглядит лучше чем в живую, ремонт старый и странный стиль. Но то как все убрано и ухожено сглаживает нелепость интерьера. Расположен отель на горе.

Friendly and welcoming staff, a good breakfast from 7:00, and a nice sauna made our stay enjoyable. Parking is available on the street, but we didn’t experience any issues finding a spot. We arrived late at 4:00 AM, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free.

Pros:

Отличный отель в старом городе, прекрасное расположение и тихая улица.
Уборка каждый день, завтраки очень вкусные и есть из чего выбрать. Персонал приятный, спасибо за хороший опыт, вернемся ещё

Cons:

Единственное, что хочу посоветовать - сделайте химчистку мягкой мебели, запах в номере от сигарет стоит не очень приятный и для некурящих немного дискомфорт доставляет. Ещё добавьте чайные ложки в номер и пару бутылок с водой при заезде.

Nice family hotel
Pros:

Nice, clean hotel. The staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is included, which is nice. Quite close to the old town.

Cons:

We had a room in the attic, it was not quite the same as on the photos. TV did not work (live TV channels).

Merkezi konumu, zengin kahvaltısı ile Hotel Aziza, keyifli ve konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi sundu.
Pros:

Hotel Aziza’da konaklamamız güzeldi. Otelin konumu Başçarşı’ya yürüme mesafesinde ve çevrede gezilecek yerlere çok yakın, bu da günlük gezilerimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Kahvaltı gerçekten çok çeşitliydi. Her sabah farklı lezzetler ve geniş seçeneklerle dolu, özellikle taze ürünler ve dengeli tatlı-tuzlu alternatifler bizi çok memnun etti. Meşhur Kifla ekmeğini her sabah burada deneyimleyebilirsiniz.

Oda temiz, ferah ve konforluydu, çalışanlar ise güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve misafirperverdi; her isteğimizde yanımızda oldular. Aracımızı yolun karşısındaki otopark dolu olduğunda da tesisin içerisine park edebildik, sorun olmadı. Yorumlarda bahsedilen yokuş hakkında; normal tempoda yürüyenler için yokuş zor değil ancak kar yağdığında biraz daha dikkatli olmak gerekmekle birlikte genel olarak yürüyüş keyifliydi. Otelin ücretsiz kullanabileceğiniz saunası bulunuyor. İstediğiniz saate rezervasyon yaptırmanız yeterli, sizin için öncesinde hazırlanıyor ve sadece bir kişi kullanabiliyor. Otel kalabalık olmadığı için rahatlıkla kullanabiliyorsunuz.

Böyle sıcak bir ortam ve lezzetli kahvaltı ile konaklamak gerçekten keyifliydi. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih ederim!
