Fabhotel Embassy Park BKC

The location was great, since my visit was to do with US consulate. Felt rooms were a little small, but clean with good service.

Approach to the hotel is terrible and hotel premises is stinking as our room was next to kitchen. Anyways not worth for money we paid for a room over Rs. 4k

Such a bad experience with hotel staff and upper management. It started with day 1, we were moved to Fab Express Garden Park hotel because there was power outage in the hotel we booked. We agreed to move since we did not have any other option. It has been raining and there was no electricity and any other amenities from last two days. We asked the management to move back to the original booking (Fab Hotel Embassy Park), the manager is first of all is so rude and says to checkout at particular time else they would not accept the move. Due to heavy rains it is so difficult to even step out of the hotel. We have some important meetings to attend which cannot be missed at any cost, but the management does not value any of it. We found out from the hotel staff that there has been water clogging issues in the past with the hotel we were still allocated here in heavy rains. Very rude senior executive, It has been such an inconvenience and the management does not give a holy .Very disappointing. Never recommend to anyone.

Very dirty street on which hotel is located at . Hotel experience was bad too . Food wasn’t good . There wasn’t any choice in breakfast they just gave whatever they made on that day . Toiletries wasn’t provided .

Compact and cozy. excellent location for those who has work in BKC

Good for US Embassy Interview because 1.5km from Embassy u can go through walk staff was also good overall good stay

Nice hotel near US consulate ; staff is pleasing, but beds are too small to accomodate 2 people properly. While booking the hotel, I was told that they have rooms with king size bed but the beds are smaller or equivalent to double size bed and hardly can fit to 2 adults and an infant child.

Location of the place is odd. The narrow road leading to this place has a bar restaurant. Don't feel safe to walk around in the late evening. Interior and staff was good.

Not suitable for stay with family. Rooms are very small in sizes. Even hotel reception is not updated with my booking thru Expedia.

Room was clean but bedsheet and linen was used one.Linen was smelling very badly.we found some long hairs on bedsheet.No toiletries were found in bathroom.Overall bad stay

The hotel is not really a hotel, it is a very small apartment inside of a commercial building on a very small road. It was very difficult to locate it. The room is very small. Food is very pricey.

Very good place to stay in BKC for US VAC and consulate appointments. Staff is extremely helpful and supportive. The food is good.

The hotel is nice and clean. However approach road to the hotel is very dirty.Also housekeeping staff did not replace our towels and other amenities everyday. We had to keep asking them

Mostly this hotel chosen by the people who are coming for US VISA/any visa formalities. If you are coming for the interview then the hotel location is very perfect within the price range. Room size is OK. I have not tried the meal but breakfast was OK. You can find MacD, Burger king and other small restaurants in 500 metres range. One Gen. store+Photocopy+ Print shoppe is there just oppo. to hotel which was very helpful for me.

I had mentioned early check in at the time of hotel booking. So when i reached the hotel early, the manager at the counter refused availability of any room to accomodate early checkin. He imstead charged me Rs. 500 for early checkin and now suddenly the room was available. I was never given receipt for this Rs. 500. It is very disappointing experience.

Our booking was not confirmed. It was only confirmed when we called Expedia Customercare.

Great location, very close to US Consulate. Had complimentary breakfast. Room was spacious.

Please never go to this hotel otherwise you will get into some trouble. Its location very scary staffs are frauds and very cheap

Hotel is okay. But main drawback is the area. Dull area.
