Friendly staff

Had to ask many times for towels changing and room cleaning. Besides that, everything was perfect. The staffs were wonderful, and the breakfast was good with lot of choices and variety.

Will definitely stay here again. They were very accommodating with our fur baby.

Our microwave and dishwasher were not working and they did not have any maintenance workers available the entire 3 day stay. We ended up finding the breaker box and resetting it ourselves and getting it to work.

The manager and desk clerk friendly and accommodating. I asked for a late check out and was quickly granted one. The room was clean.

Employees were really nice. Parking was adequate. Noise level was not bad. Loved the bedding! Had a couple of housekeeping issues - the “kitchen” garbage hasn’t been taken out and was full and included food and a dirty diaper. Also the shampoo dispenser in the shower had been removed but not replaced. This didn’t affect us though since we bring our own toiletries.

I will stay there agin.

Loved the hotel—clean and modern, friendly service. Free shuttle service (offer a tip, please) to/from the Mayo Clinic is a GREAT amenity… Hot breakfast is always appreciated… Comfortable bed with lots of pillows… Free water and cookies upon arrival…

Room was spacious and clean, fit our needs perfectly. Was a great location with access to food and services, yet a reasonable drive to downtown facilities. We were in town to fish the Zumbro River, and the location was perfect, plus the room provided a great base.
The only negative is that our room did not receive routine service. We were checked in for three nights and had to request towel exchange and refill of the couch free pods in the room.
The breakfast area and breakfast offerings were the best I have had in a long time, and there was a full time attendant to help you if something ran out, or you had a special need.
And the price was very reasonable!

Stayed while relative was admitted to St. Mary's Hospital/Mayo. Very clean & comfy. Loved the walk in shower, firm & comfy bed & pillows. Microwave & fridge were bonuses. It was quiet. It was also pretty full, parking lot was full at night.

Sleep Inn staff were very helpful to me when I lost my keys and needed to get to my Mayo appointment. They, the shuttle driver and a few guests were so helpful to me to be able to just make my appointment. The quiet, cleanliness, overall room accommodations were wonderful! My new ‘go to’ place for upcoming Mayo appointments!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sleep Inn. The hotel was clean, breakfast was well stocked, the kitchenette was perfect, and the staff was lovely. Highly recommend.

I give this Hotel high marks in all areas. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel, with different featured items each of the four days we were there. It also appears that they opened the breakfast earlier than usual on the weekend days because of the large number of people staying there who had to be out and about early due to a sports event. Wonderful!
