Perfect. Beyond expectations!
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming, as well as professional.
The location was superb and within walking distance of all the things that we wanted to see in Milan.
The room had everything we could have thought to ask for, and was kept to a very high standard.

Cons:

Some nearby roadworks delayed our arrival. This is no fault of hotel viu of course, but is the only downside to the stay!

Pros:

Room of very good size, comfy beds, great linen, extra attentive staff - they are going extra mile to make you feel special - very pleasant. Rooftop is fab. Pity it was private event so I couldn't enjoy sunset drink.

Cons:

Location closer to Brera would be good. Chinatown is not my preference as surroundings are a bit rough, hotel feels and looks like a gem there.

Une petite nuit avec peu de sommeil et aucun geste commercial de la part de l’hôtel.
Cons:

La terrasse de l’hôtel a été privatisée la journée et la nuit où j’y ai résidé et l’hôtel était un fête jusqu’à 2 heures du matin. Je regrette de n’avoir pas été averti au moment de la réservation, il n’a donc pas été possible de profiter de la terrasse et de dormir avant 2h du matin, au prix des chambres ce n’est pas acceptable.
