Très bon séjour!
Pros:

Déjà, la literie était super confortable et les chambres très bien insonorisées. Le personnel était au petit soins et nous remercions Monica pour les informations données en français 😊
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est juste à côté de Chinatown, proche du métro et des trams. Très pratique pour se rendre rapidement au centre. La piscine de l’hôtel qui se trouve sur le toit est magnifique avec une vue sur toute la ville.
Nos chiens ont été accueillis à part entière, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié! Ils ont eu même le droit de monter Rooftop près de la piscine et on profité d’une très bonne sieste au soleil! Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter!

Cons:

Quelques petits détails, mais rien de grave : il n’y avait pas de gel douche et le restaurant de l’hôtel est fermé le lundi.. dommage pour un hôtel cinq étoiles !

L’accueil au rooftop (étage 8) personnel froid (sauf la responsable) et pas très chaleureux. C’est peut être parce qu’ils ne parlent pas bien anglais…

5 star hotel with a rare 5 star service
Pros:

I've been coming to this hotel for 4 years now on and off for work. As in most businesses the people make the difference. At this specific hotel the people go above and beyond always. Its not one specific person its everyone. From the checkin to next mornings breakfast. You feel that there is something extra here. The benefit of traveling all over the world for work allows me to see so many different luxury hotels and I can say hands down this is one of the best. The rooms are beautiful and always clean and ill repeat again the people are simply fantastic.

Pros:

L’accueil, la propreté de l’hôtel et des chambres , la gentillesse des managers qui font tout pour satisfaire leurs voyageurs, l’insonorisation des chambres excellentes.

Cons:

Le petit dej ainsi que les plats du restaurants seraient à améliorer ..
L’environnement, l’hôtel est un peu loin du centre .

And wonderful, clean and very cozy hotel worth staying.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom clean and big. The view from the breakfast area was breathtaking, so gorgeous! All the staff were very polite and accommodating.

Cons:

There is a street construction going on around the hotel area and most of the taxis could not drop me in the reception area. Maybe the hotel could notice applications like Google Maps that there is a way to go to the reception area.
