I felt very well taken care of and valued.
Pros:

Staff are incredibly friendly and supportive. Vincenzo especially went out of his way to make my stay comfortable and I really appreciated that. Location is superb. Rooms are comfy and lovely. Housekeeping staff are great.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing team!
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with well appointed rooms, but the best part is the staff. EVERYONE was so welcoming and kind. Savo was so helpful in coordinating transportation from the airport prior to our arrival. He welcomed us to the hotel with a beaming smile and warm welcome. Monica was right on point with amazing restaurant recommendations that serve authentic cuisine. We look forward to returning soon!!!

Top Hotel in Mailand
Pros:

Absolutes Top-Hotel, tolle Zimmer, tolles Rooftop, war etwas kühl bei unserem Aufenthalt und so konnten wir den Pool leider nicht geniessen.

Lo staff che ha dubitato della nostra prenotazione è la struttura sarebbe una struttura da 4 stelle.. camera con pareti crepate e sporche, bando che manca lo stucco tra le fughe della doccia e specchio con bordi macchiati da infiltrazione

Cons:

Es hätte sauberer sein können, zudem war das Zimmer eher Durchschnitt, nicht wirklich was Besonderes für 5 Sterne und ein Preis. Zudem roch es in den Zimmer und Fluren nach einem sehr starken Duft. Ich weiss nicht, ob sie das proaktiv sprühen oder ob dies in den Lüftungen verankert ist, jedoch empfand ich es als zu stark und eher stinkend.
Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmte daher nicht wirklich.
