Friendly staff, free bike rental, outdoor patio area, gym, Ajax restaurant $30 credit, comfy bed. It was our wedding anniversary and the staff brought us a bottle of Prosecco and some macaroons, very nice touch!
The interface between Booking.com and the hotel. At first they wanted us to pay for our room, even though we already paid through Booking. Then at checkout they were going to charge the $30 per day amenity fee, but again we got that free through Booking.com. They were friendly, however, and worked out both issues.
Very central to Union Station and 16th street. Good vibe.
Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Gratisbus der die 16th Street rauf und runter fährt. Auch die Ball Arena (Colorado Avalanche) nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
Location is very convenient! Hotel is clean. Staff are very friendly. Restaurant onsite is delicious. Lots of nice restaurants are in walking distance, snooze, tavernette, and jinya ramen. We had a great stay.
Location was great, closed to everything. However, housekeeping here needs some training. Only bed was made for daily service, everything else seems to be forgotten. Never replace towels, toilet papers, coffee cups in the room, they didn't vacuum the room everyday, some of mini bar food was expired since 2024.

Location is fantastic for Union Station + LoDo area and hotel is clean and design elements are awesome. We had a Suite on top-floor, and it was a wonderful room. Overall would rate the hotel property (physically) + amenities as 5/5 and worthy of the AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts status this hotel has. This said, felt the service at this hotel was a 3/5 if rating it honestly, and the service did not match expectations of the 4.5* hotel status or being part of Amex Fine Hotel & Resorts compared to over fabulous properties that share that same designation. The service staff from the valet to the front desk and room service generally would be described as "chill" at best (but in a not good way) or aloof at worst. There is no feeling of a sense of urgency you would expect at a hotel at this (expected) caliber. The good news is the property could easily become a top hotel in Denver, but it will require the staff management to know what good looks like with regard to attention to detail and demonstrating urgency.

I had a fantastic stay at the Limelight Denver! I’ve stayed at the Snowmass and Ketchum locations as well, and Denver carries the same stylish, warm, and welcoming vibe I love about the brand.
A major highlight of my visit was Nick at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind — the type of hospitality that instantly makes you feel cared for and sets the tone for the entire stay. Every interaction with him was a pleasure, and he truly represents the best of what great service should feel like.
We had an excellent lunch at Ajax (the hostess with blue hair was so sweet), and our room service breakfast was delicious, quick, and beautifully presented. The hotel’s modern aesthetic is gorgeous throughout, making the entire environment feel fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I would absolutely return. Highly recommend — especially thanks to the outstanding hospitality from Nick, who made the visit memorable.

Service in restaurant not a match for the hotel. It’s pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. Gym isn’t amazing but functional.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Everyone was very warm and kind and eager to assist with anything. The room was STUNNING, clean and quiet. Great price for the location in LoDo.
