Being able to walk to the train station or to restaurants was our favorite
Pros:

Super convenient when it came to needing to stay close to the baseball field. We enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and everything being within 10 minutes away.

Cons:

We did not care for the smell of the sheets in the towels, even though they were clean.
