Magnificent
Pros:

Travis, one of the front desk representatives was extraordinary. He exceeded expectations.
He went above and beyond to make us feel home for thanksgiving. He is someone you should make sure to keep him as a treasure because there are little people like him in this world.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, friendly, and very comfortable.

This was a lovely property. Clean, friendly, and comfortable.
Our beds were very comfy, and our room extremely clean and large.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Location was wonderful..being walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops in Old Town Arvada.
Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The only suggested change I would request is that in the lobby and elevators there was a scent that wasn't unpleasant, but a bit to strong. Some kind of perfume or air freshener. We were grateful that it did not carry into our room.

Consistently good stay!
Pros:

Great location and consistently clean and comfortable. I stay at this hotel almost every month.

Cons:

I do wish the breakfast was included with the stay. I pay extra for the breakfast almost every time I stay there, but the quality of the breakfast doesn't quite meet the value.

Hilton needs to look at their hotel management. This is the 2nd time in the last week we’ve had unacceptable stays.
Pros:

Comfortable beds,quiet.

Cons:

Floors were not vacuumed before we checked in. Staples all over the floor which could had cause piercings in the feet. That is totally unacceptable. Makes me wonder if the sheets were changed as well. Homeless folks were in the hotel as well in the front area. That is also totally unacceptable. Hilton needs to do better.
