Pros:

The staff, they were absolutely great. Very responsive, helped me with my two toddlers and gave us complimentary items as well. The room was very nice, the snack bar was great, the free crib they let us use, the cleanliness was great

The fact you have to pay for breakfast and it’s not added in with the already quit high price

Todo genial .. un desayuno aceptable .. podías elegir, la cama muy cómoda, todo bien aunque decían que no hacían las habitaciones a nosotros si nos la hicieron.
Otra cosa es que está bastante retirado de Denver pero nosotros alquilamos coche desde que llegamos al aeropuerto… nos salía muy bien de precio. Por si a alguno le interesa lo hicimos en SIXT y tienes un bus gratuito que te lleva hasta la
Sede en Denver para recoger allí tu coche.
Nosotros fuimos a ver a los Denver Nuggets.. para flipar!!!!

Cons:

Pues tela!! Llegamos y en recepción nos dicen que hay que dejar una cantidad en depósito de unos 150 dólares y luego también aparte te cobran los impuestos del precio ya cerrado por booking. Si no pasa nada te devuelven el depósito pero los impuestos no. Realmente me sentó muy mal que me mandara un mensaje el propio hotel desde booking diciendo que era una cantidad y luego al llegar nos cobran otra.
No todos sabemos lo que se cobra en otros países de impuestos y está desinformación tampoco la palia el propio hotel.
Salvo esto… ya supimos que TODO lo que se compra en EEUU hay que añadirle los impuestos siempre..

Parfait pour une nuit, pratique en dehors de Denver, le parking est gratuit
Pros:

Emplacement parfait en dehors de Denver, direct depuis l'aéroport. Pour une nuit en direction de Vail.
En plus le parking est gratuit contrairement aux hôtels du centre ville de Denver.

Great spot
Pros:

I stay here pretty much every month. I do take my own pillows and this time I brought my own blanket, and had the best sleep I've had in a while. Staff is friendly and courteous. Location is perfect; a 2 block walk to old town Arvada.

Cons:

Hair on sheets of bed... this happens regularly here, so I bring my own pillows and blankets.

Great location

Cons:

No maid service, no coffee in the room other than decaf. No follow up when I asked for regular coffee. No turn down service. We were there 3 nights and our beds were never made or changed. No business center.

Loved the pool area being clean!!
Loved the clear shower stalls.

Cons:

The staff had POOR attitudes. BESIDES the African American, she was great, apologies for not catching her name.
The shower bathroom corners were gross.
I requested extra towels for my family considering only two were in the room and I was given reasons why I couldn’t get extra towels.
I get strict rules and policies, but being polite and enforcing those are not impossible.
