Loved the pool area being clean!!
Loved the clear shower stalls.

Cons:

The staff had POOR attitudes. BESIDES the African American, she was great, apologies for not catching her name.
The shower bathroom corners were gross.
I requested extra towels for my family considering only two were in the room and I was given reasons why I couldn’t get extra towels.
I get strict rules and policies, but being polite and enforcing those are not impossible.

I wasn't able to stay as I wasn't able to get a room asigned and check-in due to computers down
Pros:

I prepaid with a third party for the stay and couldn't check in to get a room because the on-site systems were down.

Cons:

Wasn't able to check in, local onsite system not working. The person at the front desk had no idea when or if it would be back up that same night. Management didn't step in to give guidance or any information. Poor guy was on his own, not able to check guests in. Had to go to another hotel!

Magnificent
Pros:

Travis, one of the front desk representatives was extraordinary. He exceeded expectations.
He went above and beyond to make us feel home for thanksgiving. He is someone you should make sure to keep him as a treasure because there are little people like him in this world.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, friendly, and very comfortable.

This was a lovely property. Clean, friendly, and comfortable.
Our beds were very comfy, and our room extremely clean and large.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Location was wonderful..being walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops in Old Town Arvada.
Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The only suggested change I would request is that in the lobby and elevators there was a scent that wasn't unpleasant, but a bit to strong. Some kind of perfume or air freshener. We were grateful that it did not carry into our room.

Consistently good stay!
Pros:

Great location and consistently clean and comfortable. I stay at this hotel almost every month.

Cons:

I do wish the breakfast was included with the stay. I pay extra for the breakfast almost every time I stay there, but the quality of the breakfast doesn't quite meet the value.
