Check in clerk was great, but overnight clerk was rude. Breakfast food had obviously been under a warmer for a long time before they opened. It was bad. Our shower had pubic hairs on the shelf. The bed was hard, the pillows flat, the walls and ceilings did nothing to hide the running kids or screaming dad. All in all not the best or worst, but not a location we'd stop at again.

Pros:

I asked for extra towels and never received them. I had to go get towels myself from the linen cart. Poor customer service.

Pros:

Staff was always cleaning around hence the hotel being very clean. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast can be improved and one main suggestion, is to move the smoking area away from entrances, especially the main one. It stank up the place and it was not a good look. Smokers should be moved to the side.
