1) нельзя сидеть наверху вечером со своей едой/водой, надо покупать только в баре 2) на ресепшене отказались поменять деньги на местную валюту и пришлось срочно искать ночью обменник

La colazione non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative non rispecchiava affatto le 5 stelle dell’hotel, molto limitata sia come scelta dolce che salata

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but for this level of hotel, I expected a higher level of services and mattress comfort.
There was still dust on a few shelves when we entered the room. We used a spoon at night & this spoon was not disposed of by room service but just left there.
We made two grab orders, and despite having our room number clearly indicated on the deliveries, the lobby never called us to inform us about the delivery, let alone delivered it to our door. It was only when we called the reception ourselves that they acknowledged a package had been delivered and they delivered it to our room upon our request.
The biggest disappointment of all however was the uncomfortable bed: for such a hotel, you'd expect a comfortable mattress, but this was a rock hard mattress with a topper to try (without succeeding) to compensate for that.

Petit déjeuner correct on regrettera l’absence de jus fruit frais et le choix de fruits

Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, der Aufzug war sicher zwei Zimmer entfernt und man konnte das Piepsen hören. Strassenlärm auch in der 18. Etage sehr deutlich zu hören. Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem top sauber. Muffiger Teppich in den Gängen. Gegend ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht aber die Strasse direkt neben dem Hotel erinnert an eine Mülldeponie und stinkt entsprechend.

Noisy, room cleaning wasn't thorough, when you switch on the light in the bathroom it brightens the entire room because it is milky glass. The service on the rooftop isn't great (drink selection, water is warm etc) the pool handrail was totally loose which is dangerous. The bed wasnt comfortable, when one person moves it moves you because the mattress is like a trampoline

屋上のプールは水質が悪く、泳ぐ気になれなかった。眺めも期待したほどではない。

For a five star hotel this is kind of a dissapointment, especially when part of the Autograph collection by Mariott. The breakfast is awful, not much of a choices, while the food is of questionable quality. The drink options at the rooftop bar are very limited, and their capacity, along with the pool is not enough for hotel of this size. Room is good, but everything else is on the 3-star level hotel.
