Excepcional
Pros:

Hemos viajado en familia, mi marido, nuestra hija de 21 meses y yo, y la estancia ha sido genial. El hotel estaba muy limpio, las habitaciones eran cómodas y el servicio de habitaciones ha sido muy bueno. Restaurantes cercanos. Es un hotel totalmente recomendable para viajar con niños y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto durante toda la estancia.

Tolle Lage in Laufnähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und in einem Viertel mit vielen guten Cafés und Restaurants. Freundliches Personal. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Im Poolbereich zu wenige Liegemöglichkeiten und keine Sonnenschirme bzw. Liegen im Schatten.

Ottimo hotel a Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

Ottimo hotel in una bellissima zona piena di locali e servizi, le Petronas tower sono a 10 minuti a piedi oppure a cinque minuti di taxi, camera bella spaziosa, colazione e ristorante ottimi

Cons:

Due piccole pecche sono che lo scolo della doccia del bagno faceva fatica a scaricare l’acqua e quindi appena uno di noi faceva la doccia, si allagava subito la doccia, altra pecca purtroppo la piscina un po’ piccolina e sovraffollata

La vue,la piscine, salle de sport

Cons:

Le fait qu'il n'y ai rien pour faire seché les maillots, service et autres. Obliger de faire appel au service du pressing et payé.Pour un 5 étoiles c'est inadmisible. Le petit déjeuner toujours identique, pas de diversité, la chambre très mal nettoyé, moquette non aspiré, lavabo mal nettoyé, et la propreté des serviettes reste à désiré car comment on peut récuperer la serviette d'un précedent client qui était bien pliée mais ouvert sale, plein de poil de barbe dessus, des cheveux sur les serviette et draps, je ne comprends pas pour un 5 étoiles ce n'est pas acceptable. De plus le petit déjeuner à emporter en excursion tot le matin n'est pas terrible , pas de choix et le schandwich qu'on vous met est du fromage, creme et concombre comme si tout le monde aimait. Pas de croissant, brioche rien de cela , Au moins il y a des fruits .

La habitación amplia y con accesorios disponibles como secador, plancha y tabla de planchar.
La piscina con bar en la última planta.
Destaco la amabilidad del personal de la puerta de entrada, están siempre pendientes de tu llegada y con una sonrisa.

Great hotel with superb staff
Pros:

The staff were absolutely superb and were so helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we were even given a packed breakfast to take with us to the airport as we had an early flight.

Cons:

The fact that we couldn't use the swimming pool in the evening. We would arrive back after a busy hot day and a swim with a view over the city would have been a perfect end to the day.

Great location. Very clean rooms. Excellent service.
Pros:

The room was very clean, staff was attentive and helpful. I held my birthday dinner at Brasserie 25, Dashni, Borhan, Kasturi and the rest of the team went above and beyond to ensure that all my guests were well looked after. The food served was also excellent. The staff also surprised me with balloons and a cake when I checked into my room.

Pros:

Struttura in linea con gli standard del Marriott. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Siamo arrivate prima dell’orario di check in e abbiamo pagato l’equivalente di 50€ per l’early check in. Avevamo la colazione inclusa ma non potevamo sfruttarla perché avevamo tour da fare presto la mattina, quindi abbiamo chiesto al personale di prepararcela un giorno alle 4 del mattino e l’altro alle 5 del mattino e ci hanno accontentato preparandoci dei sandwich con dei croissant e yogurt e caffè/succo a scelta. Il servizio di lavanderia è a pezzo.

Hotel liegt in einem ganz tollen Virtel von Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend wo es tolle kleinere Restaurants, Bars & Boutiquen gibt.
Ein ganz tolles aufstrebendes Virtel.
Unser Zimmer war sehr groß.
Die Rooftop Bar am Abend war toll, toller Ausblick auf die Stadt & die Drinks waren gut.

Cons:

Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen.
Gegen frühen Abend checkten wir ein, unser Zimmer war nicht für drei Personen vorbereitet.
Das Frühstück war okay & am Pool gibt es definitiv zu wenig Liegen.
Wir buchten 5* weil wir die Reise mit etwas tollem abschließen wollten, war es leider nicht.

Pros:

Super accogliente, colazione ottima, stanza pulita e spaziosa, letto comodo e doccia spettacolare, piscina rooftop bella e palestra anche ben attrezzata. Dalle foto con quanto avevo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa che non andasse invece tutto ben oltre le aspettative. Tanto di cappello

La zona subito vicina non è il massimo ma già dopo 200 metri centro città
