Not a 5-star hotel level.
Pros:

The room is spacious, relatively clean, staff is nice and helpful. The pool area is very nice and clean.

Cons:

For a five star hotel this is kind of a dissapointment, especially when part of the Autograph collection by Mariott. The breakfast is awful, not much of a choices, while the food is of questionable quality. The drink options at the rooftop bar are very limited, and their capacity, along with the pool is not enough for hotel of this size. Room is good, but everything else is on the 3-star level hotel.

Hotel ist ok, denke aber, dass es bessere Alternativen in Kuala Lumpur gibt. Insgesamt hat es uns nicht überzeugt.
Pros:

Gute Lage und hilfreiches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Im Zimmer war ein Fenster offenbar defekt, so dass man es nicht richtig schließen konnte. Als wir es festgestellt haben sahen wir, dass es provisorisch mit Papier „abgedichtet“ war, was aber nicht reichte um den Lärm von außen zu dämmen. Nach einem Hinweis von uns, wurde das Papier entfernt und durch Plastikfolie ersetzt. Null Verbesserung. Warum das Waschbecken mitten im Raum ist und nicht im Bad integriert, bleibt uns ein Rätsel.

Hello. The room was strange, there were brick bars all over the window, we were not warned about this when we got the room. The breakfast was poor. And the deposit has not been returned yet - it is difficult to recommend such a hotel :(

Great location for a short stay in KL :-)
Pros:

Great location, easy access to tourist sites plus close to RMT metro bus train services
The staff and guest relation teams were excellent and always on hand to help

Cons:

We found it difficult to sleep in our first room due to excessive noise from nearby night club.However the front desk were able to help the next day and move us to a rear room which was much quieter
