Agréable dans l’ ensemble pour la parti découverte de la ville

Le personnel était top
Les toilette commune était sales dommage pour ce type d hôtel.

Nous avions était surclasser par booking et a notre arrivée il nous on mis dans une deluxe au lieu d une exécutive. Dommage que booking ne tienne pas ces engagement .
J avais demander une entité attention dans la chambre et rien n a était fait .
Je ne retournerai pas dans cette hôtel à ma prochaine juste a KL

Schöner Aufenthalt mit toller Lage und sehr freundlichem Service
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das nette, freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Personal, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut betreut.

Auch das Housekeeping war top: Die Zimmer waren immer sauber und gepflegt.

Die Bodylotion und das Shampoo waren qualitativ wirklich sehr gut und haben einen sehr angenehmen Duft. Außerdem gab es jederzeit genügend Handtücher und Wasser, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend Restaurants, Metro, Malls sind schnell und bequem erreichbar. Der Poolbereich war sehr einladend und perfekt zum Entspannen.

Cons:

Die Frühstücksauswahl könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher und größer sein.

Außerdem wären Sonnenschirme am Pool wünschenswert, damit man auch mehr Schattenmöglichkeiten hat.

Comfortable and quiet hotel well located for visiting sites in KL. Great roof top pool and bar
Pros:

Hotel was comfortable and quiet (for a good nights sleep). Gym was good and the roof top pool next to the bar was a fun additional facility to use after a busy day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really - very suitable for a short stay

Very good hotel
Pros:

Hotel very well positioned, not in the most tourist area but close to. 25-30 minutes walk to China Town or to Petronas Twin Towers.
You can go for evening meals to China Town or Jalan Alor Food Street but there are small restaurants nearby the hotel too.
Hotel very clean with friendly staff.
Very good and assorted breakfast

Pros:

Het personeel was echt ontzettend vriendelijk. Daarnaast waren de kamers ruim en schoon.

Cons:

De locatie is niet heel prettig voor als je veel wilt zien in Kuala Lumpur. Het ligt overal best ver vandaan dus een taxi is nodig.

Great location, right across from several trendy restaurants and less than 8 min walk from a shopping center. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options and a restaurant for dinner. The pool was also great and the pool bar. Nice gym. The best was the staff! Great service and hospitality.

Cons:

It didn’t have a spa (which was advertised in the booking.com page. The à la cart menu for the restaurant and room service was quite limited - no desserts. The pool bar only opens in the afternoons.
