Top hôtel au centre de Kuala Lumpur
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé. Le personnel est très pro, prêt à vous aider et les chambres sont très spacieuses.
Mention spéciale pour l’homme de ménage ANOWAR qui s’est occupé du ménage de notre chambre - impeccable et toujours de bonne humeur quand nous le croisions.
Le petit déjeuné est tout à fait correct.

Cons:

Rooftop sympa mais pas très grand. Pas beaucoup de transat et la propreté laisse un peu à désirer.

Hotel was OK. Seemed to be overpriced.
Pros:

Room was clean, staff was polite, attentive and very accommodating.

Cons:

There was no view at all. Window was obstructed by the semi-solid brick wall (actual design of the hotel). Bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. Very limited storage/hanging space for the belongings. Leaky shower.

Horrible experience
Pros:

I didn’t like anything

Cons:

Poor and rude and unprofessional staff ,noisy hotel next to the club and has sound till 6 morning
Washroom had liking, ac had sound
I booked for 3 night and after first night I changed my hotel
They didn’t mention deposit in booking but they charged me and when I told the agent in booking they told me i had not to pay , horrible experience
