Cons:

Die Preise im Restaurant sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Eine Consommé für CHF 14,50 – das hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Vor allem, wenn auf der Karte „hausgemachte Rinderbouillon“ steht und die Portion eher für ein Baby gedacht ist (sehr wenig!).
Das kann ich zu Hause selber machen für CHF 2.- max!

zeker een aanrader, we hebben echt genoten met ons gezin in dit prachtige hotel. dicht bij Gstaad en super proper. Ook de personeel was heel aardig.

Bel hôtel avec du charme, les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable. Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins de ses clients et arrangeant c'est très appréciable.

Cons:

Le bain pourrait être plus chaud et le coin sauna/hammam accessible pour tous (pas seulement nudistes)

Goldiger Herbstzauber im Saaneland in toller Unterkunft.
Pros:

Alles ist hier gut durchgedacht, man weiß fast nicht, wo man mit dem Lob beginnen soll. Der freundliche Empfang, das schöne Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die kleine aber feine Wellnessanlage, die Lounge mit echtem Cheminée, in welchem dann auch tatsächlich abends zum Apero ein Feuer brannte. Die gute Stimmung im ganzen Team ist überall deutlich spürbar, nichts wirkt aufgesetzt und man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Wenn es doch nur mehr solche Betriebe gäbe!

Das Hotel ist perfekt. Sauber und gut eingerichtet.

Cons:

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszurichten. Die Empfangsdame an der Reception bei unserer Ankunft ist hier völlig fehl am Platz! Unfreundlich und ein Minimum an Hilfe. Grundsätzlich ist das der erste Eindruck bei der Ankunft. Auch beim aus check war die arme Lehrtochter überfordert. Ein Tip an den Pächter: dort gehört der Chef/in hin. Unverständlich.
