Our first time staying at this hotel will definitely book our stay again in the future. Staff was wonderful, always helpful, and checked if we needed anything every time we walked by. Clean rooms and common areas with a nice roof top deck.
We had a wonderful stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. We spent a lot of time sitting on the rooftop area overlooking the harbor. It was spectacular. The location couldn't be beat. Everything was perfect.
We stayed at Hotel Bellanca for just one night but made sure to arrive on the first ferry and depart on the last for the respective days. The hotel location is incredible. We booked the package including the Catalina Express ferry which included the shuttle to hotel, very convenient. Bonus is that you can leave your bags in the lobby prior to check in and after check out. We made use of the beach towels and chairs which is a wonderful amenity to have given that the beach is across the street.
I felt like a second class guest because I booked through Booking.com. Staff mentioned it so many times that since I booked through Booking.com I couldn’t have this or that .
Tike was old, shower was dirty, room was on the road, electrical outlet didn’t work near the bed, no safe in the room and they couldn’t bring one;
The location was perfect to get around.
I paid for and booked a garden view. I didn’t get that. The hotel also has bikes to rent, however the bikes were returned and lined up against my room that I couldn’t get out of the front door.

Bad service, smelly rooms hard to talk with management
Tout était très bien. Le cadre très joli avec le patio et la terrasse. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Manque juste un « vrai » petit déjeuner continental. Super machine à café, en revanche pas de bouilloire (bien que des sachets de thé soit fournis)
Pas de lampe de chevet (embêtant pour celui qui veut lire quand l’autre dort). Pas assez d’oreillers (1 par personne seulement c’est trop juste).
Conveniently located. Walkable to the beach club. Booked ocean view. Read online that some ocean view rooms had balconies. Asked about this upon check-in. He said room had a direct ocean view but no balcony. I didn’t protest, but once in the room it did have a balcony with seating. Room 504. Appeared that room 503 had a similar balcony as well. Room was adequately sized for 3 people with one bed and a pull out. Privacy/cleaning tag kept falling off the door. Went to front desk to specifically request the room be cleaned but housekeeping never came. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the cocktails were very good! Bartender super friendly.

People right outside out sliding glass door. Wry loud could hear everything. Felt like people were three feet from out bed and in reality they could have been No real privacy

My room was very clean and well designed. View of the beach was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Bar service and cocktails were awesome, special thanks to Diana, Alma, Claudia, Sandra and the leader of the team Jessica.
