Overall, a very good place to stay.
Pros:

Property was clean and modern. Everything was up to date and in good condition.

Cons:

There is a small water park next to the hotel. The worker the was there in the morning to do the clean up and prepare for the day, had the music very loud. I’m talking loud music pumped through speakers at 6:30 in the morning.

Wonderful stay and awesome staff! Cleanliness was top notch and we look forward to coming back!
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and we very much enjoyed it.

Cons:

I believe our rooms were 422 & 424...there was music playing all night long and sounded like it came from the Lawater park next door. The music woke us a few times during the night.

Property was great an clean. Disappointed by the cost difference between what I paid on booking.com versus what I could have paid if I would have gone directly through holiday inn express.

Good value near attractions
Pros:

The room was large and very clean. There were plenty of towels and the halls were quiet. Breakfast was delicious and offered many healthy choices. There were also plenty of food choices outside the property within walking distance and the Boot Hill Museum was across the street!

Cons:

The hallways and entrance were very hot and humid when we arrived.
