Super goede locatie voor je verblijf in Trier
Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel is perfect. Net uit de drukte aan de andere kant van het water. Je bent zo in het centrum en je hebt een mooi uitzicht op de Romeinse brug en de Moesel.

Cons:

Er was een voortdurend vreemd geluid dat onze nachtrust iets verstoorde. Ik denk dat het te maken heeft met de airconditioning, maar zeker weten doen we het niet.

Pros:

Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

De airco kon niet kouder dan 18 graden. Maakte behoorlijke herrie. Maar aan 1 kant een nachtkastje. Geen stopcontacten naast de bedden. Douchecabine lekte, alle handdoeken nodig gehad om dit op te lossen. Toen we ‘s avonds terugkwamen was er geen schoonmaak geweest en ontbraken er schone handdoeken. Achteraf bleek dat we dat hadden moeten reserveren. Dat was ons niet verteld bij het inchecken. We konden dus niet douchen want alle handdoeken waren gebruikt voor de lekkage. Radiator badkamer zo stoffig dat je er niks overheen kon hangen. Receptie was telefonisch niet te bereiken. Uiteindelijk zelf handdoeken moeten gaan halen 4 etages lager (geen lift). Bij uitchecken werd niet eens gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was geweest. Buurt was niet best. Tegenover was een kraakpand. Buitenkant hotel vanaf Moezelzijde vol met graffiti.

Die Lage ist gut. Blick auf Mosel und Römerbrücke. Fahrräder können untergestellt werden.

Cons:

Im Bad war die Lüftung nicht existent bzw. defekt. Da es keine Klimatisierung gibt, kann es bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas lauter sein.

Fraai appartement op prima locatie
Pros:

De ligging en de inrichting van het appartement. Parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Misschien dat het appartement niet over een balkon of terras beschikt, maar de airco maakt veel goed en je kunt vrijblijvend gebruik maken van het terras van het hotel.

Pros:

Sehr schöner Empfang. Besonders war der feine Kaffee gleich beim Empfang. Danke.
Die Lage sehr schön und das Frühstück ein Genuss.

Cons:

Es war alles gut.

Δεν υπήρχε μικρό ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο. Μείναμε στον 4ο όροφο και έπρεπε να ανεβοκατεβαίνουμε 60 σκαλιά. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Δεν ξέρω εάν θα ξαναπηγαινα.

We did not have any hot water in the shower. We did tell them and were told they will send their technician asap but no one came or solved anything until we left.
