Bel hôtel mais très excentré et des points à améliorer
Pros:

Très bel hôtel en bordure de la plage de Lamai. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambres très grandes et confortables.
Belle piscine avec vue sur la mer

Cons:

Pas de lampe de chevet dans les chambres, juste un spot haut perché ne permettant pas de lire le soir
Les balcons des chambres standard donnent sur l’arrière du jardin de l’hôtel voisin (vue pas terrible)
Très excentré par rapport au centre de Lamai. Il faut compter 30 mn à pieds le long d’une route fréquentée pour rejoindre le marché de nuit. Ou alors commander une moto sur Grab.
Le matin les transats le long de la piscine sont vite occupés.

Les beach front bungalow sont parfaits avec une vue magnifique sur la mer ou vous pouvez bénéficier le matin du lever de soleil. Restaurants de plages aux alentours et personnel aux petits soins. Les installations et services ( bar, restaurants, plage) sont de très haute qualité. On reviendra avec plaisir

Cons:

Rien sur l’hotel . A 10 minutes a pieds de la rue centrale de lamai via la route ou la plage !

Wasserqualität im Pool, am Fernsehen konnte man nur YouTube schauen; geschmacklich war das Frühstück eher unterdurchschnittlich

המלון חדרים שיוצאים מהחדר ישירות החוצה. מכיוון שהיה קריר וגשם זה היה מוזר. כמו כן כדי להגיע למסעדות צריך ללכת בכביש ראשי די סוען או דרך החוף שלא תמיד נחמד אם מזג האוויר פחות נחמד. המלונות האחרים שהיינו היו ממש על רחוב המסעדות כאן פחות..

Wir hatten einen rundum großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel-Resort. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Die Zimmer waren sehr ruhig, äußerst komfortabel und boten alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Ein großes Lob geht vor allem an den Restaurant- bzw. Barmanager, der mit seiner offenen, herzlichen Art maßgeblich dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir uns jederzeit willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt haben.

Insgesamt ein wunderbares Erlebnis – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Calm resort with friendly staff
Pros:

It is a great resort with friendly and helpful staff, especially the pool guy which was our favorite during our stay. The rooms are clean and nice with good ac and new towels and water every day.

Most of the negative parts are out of the hotels control. The reception could be better at English and the sea was not that nice during our stay, but the restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and genuin.

Usually you can get a couple of sunbeds if you are up and about a couple hours in the morning. If you are late to the pool and can’t get one, the pool guy will do his best to find a solution. We were there during new years and they put up at great show for us with live music, although you had to pay for the new years buffé and such.

The breakfast was great, not that many things to choose from, but the things available were delicious.

Overall we had a great experience and especially propps to the amazing restaurant and drinks staff!
