The hotel was great. Good location and staff very helpful. Nothing was wrong with the stay just a few things that I ment
Pros:

The property was perfectly located for us at the quiet end of Lamai Beach.

The in house massages were great. The pool lively and staff amazing! Min and all his team went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable.

The beds were super comfortable!!

Cons:

It would be nice to have somewhere to relax in the evening other than the restaurant, a small lounge area or similar to have a drink or play cards as a family. We used other businesses nearby due to this but would probably have come back to the hotel after dinner out to do this if an area had been available.

Also a gym would be a nice addition, there are a few areas that would be suitable to set up even a simple area.

Pros:

Le lieu est vraiment magnifique. Calme et au même temps il y a pleins de petits restaurant à côté.
La chambre était silencieuse et le lit vraiment confortable. Le personnel était très agréable.

Cons:

Le seul petit bémol , mais à mon avis cela doit être un problème général sur l’île, c’est l’odeur qui dégage de la salle de bain.

Ok hotel but not 4 star . The rooms needed a bit more in it . No drawers pics to add a bit of warmth to the room . The

Cons:

Location too far away from everything needed a taxi as it’s quite a long walk to Lamai x
The beach is ok but really strong waves it was calmer at crystal bay but no subbed and you need a taxi .

Pros:

To turn switch your mind off from work and relax, bed is soft, nice " rain " shower type and swim at beach but perfer on low tile, great call to bring dinner or lunch in our room

Cons:

Need sander the timer to refresh the bi door in pool access plus damage concrete and driveway to main road is too many pothole on road as no concrete or apsalt road

Wir können das Resort auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, groß, geräumig und sauber !
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist großartig, die Auswahl ist sehr vielfältig!
Auch die Feuershow mit BBQ hat uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Es sind für die Größe des Hotels zu wenig Liegen vorhanden . Sowohl am Pool, als auch am Strand.

Bel hôtel mais très excentré et des points à améliorer
Pros:

Très bel hôtel en bordure de la plage de Lamai. Très bon petit déjeuner. Chambres très grandes et confortables.
Belle piscine avec vue sur la mer

Cons:

Pas de lampe de chevet dans les chambres, juste un spot haut perché ne permettant pas de lire le soir
Les balcons des chambres standard donnent sur l’arrière du jardin de l’hôtel voisin (vue pas terrible)
Très excentré par rapport au centre de Lamai. Il faut compter 30 mn à pieds le long d’une route fréquentée pour rejoindre le marché de nuit. Ou alors commander une moto sur Grab.
Le matin les transats le long de la piscine sont vite occupés.

Les beach front bungalow sont parfaits avec une vue magnifique sur la mer ou vous pouvez bénéficier le matin du lever de soleil. Restaurants de plages aux alentours et personnel aux petits soins. Les installations et services ( bar, restaurants, plage) sont de très haute qualité. On reviendra avec plaisir

Cons:

Rien sur l’hotel . A 10 minutes a pieds de la rue centrale de lamai via la route ou la plage !
