空港直結で便利　ただ地下鉄からのアクセスがややわかりにくかった　朝食が早朝発の便には間に合わないので、もう少し早くしてもらいたい　フロントの対応や、部屋の清潔さは問題なしで快適であった

Walk into the airport!
Pros:

We booked this hotel so we could be close to the airport for an early flight the next day. Our receptionist knew some English which always helps. The lobby is quite grand and very nice.

The room we had was quite large and very comfortable. The bed was great, no complaints about the pillows, and the shower was amazing! High ceilings and modern decor, we really enjoyed it here.

We ordered room service and it came quickly. There was a little confusion when we were ordering but overall the food was decent. We did not get breakfast since it was quite costly.

When you check out you walk for a few minutes and you are in the airport. It is very easy! The domestic terminal is a bit of a hike but its no big deal.

The only annoying thing was that we paid a 500RMB deposit and they would not accept credit cards to paid for our room service. However, they reimbursed us the difference right away via WeChat.

The best thing is inside the T3 international terminal, the services are great. I have a 20 hours layover and I am happy to stay in this hotel.

空港への利便性や設備には何の不服もなかった。コストはやや気になるが、ホテルのグレードからすれば見合ったものだったのだろう。レセプションの女性が、パスポートをこちらに返し忘れたのはご愛嬌だったが。

Upgraded to a very spacious Suite
Pros:

We appreciate your kibdness to upgrade to a suite. A Suite was the best we have ever stayed together. Very spacious, with a great view of airport and 3 TV sets (bedroom, living room and bathroom).

早朝便のため寝るためだけに利用。部屋は綺麗で、1人では持て余すくらい広かったです。
チェックアウト時、いきなり"did you drink a water in the mini bar?"と聞かれて、追加料金の確認事項というのは察せられたけど、"if you drank, the additional fee will be charged."くらい言えば良いのに。尋問みたいな聞かれ方して面食らった。説明があまり上手ではなかった。
また、デポジットのカード払いのキャンセルがその場で行われず"deposit will be canceled"と退店を促されたのが笑えた。部屋は良いです。iphone充電できるミニオーディオがあり、これは大変助かりました。

Pros:

Best airport location, with walking bridge on the third floor directly into the airport. Buffet breakfast at 88¥ was decent. Dinner buffet was overwhelming with cold seafood. You can order from their regular menu.
