Great location, hands down amazing hosts. Will definitely rebook when coming back.
Pros:

The location, close to cafes and breakfast places, close to beach, very walkable, close to public transport, well connected. We specifically enjoyed the willingness to accomodate, flexibility and kindness of the staff. Olga was extremely nice and helpful.

Tout était très bien
Pros:

L'appartement était très agréable, bien équipé.
Les parties communes très bien décorées aussi.
L'emplacement était idéal si vous voulez faire des vacances farniente plage. Des cafés, brunch, restaurants, se trouvent à proximité à pied.
Les transports en commun sont à proximité

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de lumière dans l'appartement car la fenêtre donne sur la rue au rez-de-chaussée
Sinon tout était ok

Pros:

Buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e il centro città con i mezzi, zona tranquilla e ben servita, stanza unica spaziosa al primo piano, cucina molto ben attrezzata (anche se nel punto più buio della casa), disponibile aria condizionata funzionante e pala per far girare l'aria nella stanza e asciugare i vestiti stesi (grazie ai due stendini presenti nell'armadio o allo scaldasalviette nel bagno), appartamento dotato di lavastoviglie, lavatrice e forno, ideale per soggiorni anche di una settimana

Cons:

Parcheggio non prenotabile (solo disponibili parcheggi in loco a pagamento), finestre con scuri da sistemare (molto rumorosi alla chiusura), luci del comodino fredde e troppo forti, difficoltà a mangiare sul bancone e sgabelli della cucina senza dover accendere la luce, prezzo relativamente alto anche se in linea con la zona e con i servizi

Brilliant place to stay close to the beach
Pros:

The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and brilliantly located close to the beach. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Perfect for a couples get away. Nice additional touches such as USB ports for chargers and plenty of dishwasher tablets/laundry detergent. Kitchen was plenty spacious with all the basics covered.

Cons:

Only minor improvements to make it perfect. The small oven mitt made it very difficult to get larger hot items out of the oven so would suggest a second mitt is required.

Pros:

Very nice and clean apartment, well equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Friendly staff, they also provided us the sun umbrellas. The location is perfect, close to the beach and to huge Mercadona supermarket. Totally recommend it, if we visit Valencia again, we would definitely stay here.

Pros:

We liked the comfort and the design of the room and the house. We liked the books in the room (good selection and combination of turistic and intellectual type of books).
The area is beautiful, well connected, and close to the beach. Thank you to the owner and manager for understanding what people really need in a kitchen for a short stay vacation.
The service very attentive and smooth - ten points for that

Cons:

The terrace was not such a thing. Better not yo advertise it as a common area if this little space don't really add nothing.
