brud, w aparatamecie, pajeczyny na balkonie, pokoj po sprzataniu byl nie do przyjęcia

-"umyte" filizanki stal ustawione tak jakby były umyte- NIEDOPUSZCZALNE
-1 h czekania na stolik na sniaanie
-na prośbe o omlet, otrzymalam odpowiedz "NIE, bo za dużo ludzi , a jak pani chce, to sobie pani poczeka 40 minut, to co chce pani..... "

Tolles Ambiente, aber noch viel Luft nach oben.

Gute Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Ostsee, saubere Zimmer und Sauna, schönes Ambiente, sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel haben wir sofort bemerkt, dass laut Musik in den Konferenzräumen gespielt wird. An der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese noch bis 1 Uhr laufen werde.
Uns wurde dann ein Zimmer direkt über den Konferenzräumen gegeben. Bereits auf der 1. Etage haben wir den Bass der Musik gehört und auch im Zimmer war es unfassbar laut.
Beim ersten angebotenen Zimmerwechsel hieß es, wir müssen am Folgetag nochmals in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln. Zudem war in diesem Zimmer der Fenstergriff defekt.
Ein drittes Zimmer ohne zwischendurch während unseres Aufenthalts nochmal zu wechseln, war dann plötzlich durch eine andere Mitarbeiterin verfügbar.
Manche Mitarbeiter im Hotel könnten etwas freundlicher sein.
Was überhaupt nicht schön ist, ist eine Bank und Aschenbecher direkt an den Eingang zu stellen. Jeder Gast muss dann immer an den Rauchern vorbei laufen und diese ekelhafte Lust einatmen.
Als wir in der Sauna waren, kamen Radfahrer in den Ruhebereich und haben sich laut unterhalten. Die beiden Herren sind dann durch den Ruhebereich und an den Saunen vorbei in den Außenbereich gelangt und wurden dort mit Getränken bedient. Sowas geht absolut nicht.
Das Gym könnte mal ein neues Rad gebrauchen.

Odpoczynek dla duszy i ciała
Pros:

Położenie hotelu niedaleko morza, oddzielone pasem zieleni. Przepyszne śniadania, duży wybór produktów i ich świeżość, przemiła obsługa, woda do picia dostępna na korytarzach, piękne wnętrza urządzone ze smakiem i niesamowitą dbałością o detale. Przepiękna jadalnia z wyjściem na ogród.

Cons:

Zaskoczył mnie fakt, że w pokoju nie było wody do picia oraz fakt, że łóżko podczas sprzatania nie zostało pościelone i nie zostały wymienione używane szklanki i kubki.

Pomocna i uprzejma obsługa. Cicha lokalizacja w otoczeniu zieleni, a jednocześnie w zasięgu spaceru od centrum.

Cons:

Mała łazienka i zbyt małe łóżko. Niszowe menu w restauracji (malo uniwersalne dla różnych diet). Głośna klimatyzacja na wyższych obrotach.
