I NEVER STAYED AT THE HITEL BECAUSE I WAS TOLD MY ROOM WAS CANCELED BY BOOKING.COM

UPON MY ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL, I ATTEMPTED TO CHECK IN WHEN THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELED BY BOOKING.COM AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME A ROOM. NOW I.AM ATTEMPTING TO GET MY REFUND AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUNF MY MONEY ON A ROKM THAT I NEVER WAS ALLOWED TO STAY IN.

I am attempting to get a refund of my money and they are not giving me my money. Please help.me

Cons:

The building itself and the room was subpar. The room lacked a chair and desk or table. The bathroom definitely needed attention. The building itself had an oder to it and appeared to need some work

Very nasty . One microwave in the hallway . Nasty bath room , room full of fruit flies . Never again I try to stay there because sometimes it’s cheap but never again
