My expectations with Park Inn were high. Slightly disappointed.
Pros:

Beds were comfy. shower was excellent with all amenities. clean and quite atmosphere. close to Airport and 15 min drive to Grand Place (Center of Brussels). Close to Diegem station and petrol station.

Cons:

The Male Hotel staff at check in on 23/5 around 1530 was not helpful. I booked 2 standard rooms with Booking.com and requested double beds. At check in time, the receptionist told me that double beds not possible, i have to stay with 2 single beds. I felt a little bit rude the way he replied to me, as he told me this and started talking to housekeeping staff completely ignoring me. I had no choice as he had no time to talk to me. Rooms AC were not working. it was set to 26C although i called another person next day from reception to fix that. he could not fix the room temperature. so the rooms were hot during stay specially night. Hotel parking was paid around £30 for 2 nights. No milk in rooms for Tea 2nd day. The housekeeping staff told me, they are short of milk pots. I had to go down to reception and they directed me to take the milk from Breakfast area. Overall my expectations were high because i stayed in Park Inn Mecca in Jan 2026 and it was amazing stay.
