Pros:

The room was clean and well prepared. It included an ironing board and basic shower amenities. The location is convenient, not far from the airport, and there is a free airport shuttle available. room

Cons:

Although we requested a double bed in advance, the room had two single beds. That said, the layout itself raises some concerns — the beds were placed extremely close together, which feels awkward, especially if staying with someone you’re not sharing a bed with.
Additionally, the toilet is located right next to the head of one of the beds, separated only by a sliding glass door with little to no sound insulation.
It’s also worth noting that while the hotel has parking, it is paid, and there is no short-term free option (15–20 minutes) for unloading luggage and check-in, which can be inconvenient.

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut

Cons:

Wir haben unfassbare 2 Stunden beim Check-in gewartet, obwohl nur 3-4 Gäste vor uns dran waren.
Personal war komplett mit dem System überlastet.
Nachdem wir endlich eingecheckt hatten, bekamen wir ein viel zu kleines, so nicht gebuchtes Zimmer - wieder 30 Minuten anstellen und warten...
Schlussendlich buchte uns der Mitarbeiter zum zweiten Mal den Hotelpreis ab, obwohl wir bereits vorab über Booking.com bezahlt hatten und das auch mehrfach dem Mitarbeiter gegenüber erwähnt hatten.
Das hieß wieder Reklamation die uns fast eine Stunde Urlaub gekostet hat.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit gutem Service. Frühstück könnte besser sein.
Pros:

Wir möchten ganz besonders den Mitarbeiter Marius von der Rezeption lobend erwähnen. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns wirklich geholfen. Vielen Dank noch mal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück fanden wir nicht gut. Hier wird an allem gespart. Allenfalls ausreichend und keinesfalls den Preis wert.

部屋に瓶の水、グラス、栓抜き、サイドテーブル、リラックスチェア、冷蔵庫、コーヒー紅茶セットが用意されていた。スーパーで買い出しして部屋でくつろぐことができた。シャワールームも広くて清潔。

Cons:

ディーゲム駅からは少し離れていてなだらかな坂を上り徒歩15分程。バス停は目の前にある。空港シャトルサービスを利用したが、各ホテルを周るので30分かかった。利用するなら早めの時間を推奨。

Pros:

Hotel perto do aeroporto, como iríamos viajar no próximo dia, foi uma ótima alternativa. Pesssoal do staff competente. Esqueci uma garrafa térmica e um remédio no quarto, entrei em contato com o hotel e eles guardaram para mim por 12 dias e retirei no meu retorno para Bruxelas, ponto positivo para o pessoal da recepção.
