We could grab a single bus to get downtown to see all the historic sights of Brussels. The airport shuttle was easy to use too.

Scomodo per raggiungere il centro di Bruxelles con i mezzi.
La sera soprattutto, per rientrare, bisogna usare il taxi.
The room was not worth the price we paid. Water was leaking from the AC unit above and the shoes kept underneath got wet. The room was also very dusty and did not seem properly cleaned or maintained. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the room and feel that the hotel did not provide good value for the money.
Very nice staff, check in without problem . We came earlier because we land in Brussels in the morning but they let us in the room...great that parking is available inside the hotel...rooms are comfortable and clean, beds are excellent...everything looks very nice. For sure we will be back.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e sempre super minhas expectativas. A equipe é super cordial e respeitos. O hotel conta com diversas conveniências, ainda mais que é perto do hotel. Quarto ultra silencioso.

Le personnel du restaurant était très sympathique et le service vraiment agréable. La chambre est correcte et l’hôtel reste pratique pour une nuit avant un départ depuis l’aéroport.
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à Bruxelles, nous avons été surpris d’être accueillis uniquement en anglais. La salle de bain présentait du carrelage endommagé et l’espace extérieur est vraiment sous-exploité : seulement deux salons de jardin en plein mois d’août.
Le restaurant ressemble davantage à une petite restauration de camping qu’à celle d’un 4 étoiles : burgers, pizzas, salades et frites surgelées. L’espace bar et la réception sont pratiquement confondus, ce qui donne davantage une impression d’hôtel type Campanile.
Et surtout, le parking à 20 € par jour est franchement excessif : dans notre cas, il représentait environ un quart du prix de notre nuit. À ce tarif-là, c’est effectivement le grand luxe… pour la voiture. 😅
