Pros:

Pokoj byl velice pěkný. Prostorný a pokaždé uklizeno.

Cons:

2x nám přišli opravovat TV. Ale pánové byli vtipní tak to neberu jako špatnou věc.

I needed to arrive late and leave early to catch a flight. It was a efficient.
Pros:

It was clean and convenient. The rooms were nice - what I expect of the brand.

Cons:

Very weird layout and parking situation. The front entrance felt like going into a loading dock more than a hotel.

Pros:

Nopea sisään ja uloskirjaus, henkilökuntaa aina tiskillä ja nopeasti saatavilla. Huone oli siisti ja hyvä ilmastointi, sänky erittäin laadukas jossa sai hyvät unet. Huoneesta löytyi hiustenkuivaaja, pesuaineet, jopa vartalo/kasvorasva ja teetä ja kahvia. Tarpeeksi tilava ja suuret pimennysverhot.

Cons:

Uloskirjaus ei toiminut onlinessa ja olisi varmaan turha kun tiskillä siinä meni alle minuutti, eli tuon kyltin voisi varmaan poistaa.

I travel a lot and it was my worst stay in a hotel that also cost a lot of money.
Cons:

Very expensive, and everything was wrong. I had to wait an hour longer for the pokuj which was supposed to be ready at 15 . As a result, everything was delayed for the day. After entering the room, there was no water for 15 minutes, which caused a greater delay. I don't recommend

Η αισθητική και το design. Επίσης το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικό

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα. Είχε ιστό αράχνης στο παράθυρο. Ενα καπάκι Μπύρας στο πάτωμα και αποτύπωμα από ποτό που κολλούσε στο κομοδίνο. Οπότε αν δεν είδαν αυτά σημαίνει ότι δεν καθαρίστηκε σωστά όλο το δωμάτιο

Cons:

On the day of a very important event in my life, I could not check in on time. The delay was as much as 1 hour, so I didn't have time to get ready and went to the event in bad condition only after a quick shower. Which I also had to wait for because there was no water in the room for 15 minutes. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Too soft . I was collapsing in a bed, which caused my spine to hurt after getting up. I do not recommend .

Pros:

Персонал в целом дружелюбный, особенно Reception. Понравилась еда, завтрак богатый, большой выбор. В целом, в номере было чисто.

Cons:

На завтраке персонал не всегда присутствует, чтобы встретить, зато потом "навёрстывает упущенное" и спрашивает номер комнаты прямо во время еды.

К нам в номер однажды заглянула горничная, даже не постучавшись, и было это утром во время завтрака.

Однажды кто-то пылесосил пол в коридоре в 8 вечера.

У нас был номер на 1-м этаже. Это должен был быть простой номер на двоих. Мы запрашивали большую кровать (семейная пара), получили извещение, что "попробуем, но не обещаем". В итоге не смогли, поставили 2 маленькие кровати. Ну ок, бывает. Сейф с самого начала не работал, ибо сели батарейки - не проверили перед сдачей номера.
Но самое главное - решение по дизайну интерьера. Впервые я видел, чтобы дверь в душевую/туалет представляла собой просто стекло на рельсах с отверстием вместо ручки. И это прямо возле кровати. То есть, стена в душ/туалет - это стекло и дверь туда - ещё одно стекло. Это получается не дверь, а что-то вроде заслонки. И если один житель идёт в туалет, то второй и слышит и чувствует всё, благо что ближайшая кровать прямо возле этой "шторы". Отверстие вместо ручки дополняет изыск - запах может пойти куда угодно, чувство приватности тоже специфическое. Заодно непонятный унитаз, над которым надо плясать с бубном, чтобы вода остановилась.

Accoglienza e lo spazio esterno. La fermata dal Bus davanti alla struttura

- La qualité du personnel (Madame la nouvelle directrice et Jean-Claude)
- La qualité des équipements
- La propreté de la chambre
- L'accès au sauna et à la salle de sport.
- La qualité du petit-déjeuner
- Le petit réfrigérateur qui a été ajouté récemment et qui manquait aux équipements dans les chambres
