The Loren at Pink Beach

the loren experience is unlike any other! the views are amazing and the staff are so helpful, kind and accommodating. stunning beaches, a calm atmosphere, and a great balance of quiet + activity. the rooms are spacious and clean, and it was so nice to just hang out on our balcony and enjoy the sun and view from there! yoga was also a highlight. we will absolutely be staying here again!

Fake luxury. This place is very poorly built with cheap fixtures and furnishings. Everything is banged up from poor quality. Furniture and bedding (headboards and sheets) are covered in stains, towel seams are torn, mildew smell throughout the buildings, fixtures aren’t even hung straight, cabinets don’t have soft close so they slam very loudly. Air con undersized for the units so it never fully cools to the temp it is set to, and the rooms are quite humid as a result. The painted over mold on the ceiling was easy to identify (photo attached).

The most tacky and disappointing was the brazen overcharging and added charges that you have to request to be removed if you don’t want to voluntarily pay them- we found this horribly tactless. They automatically add a “donation” from you to their foundation to every bill for everything (the room, the restaurants, etc) and you have to specifically request for them to remove it. This does not sound like a legal practice, and even if it is we couldn’t believe how tacky it was. They add 7% of your room charge for tips to hotel staff!!! (we were fine with 17% for dining, that is standard). Paying over $1200/night should include or at least reasonably price minibar items, a single can of seltzer is $12. This hotel should be embarrassed by the obvious money-grab via all of the extra charges they tack on, St Regis and Rosewood would never.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in, and I travel around the world. From check-in to check out and all the experience in between was superb.
Luis, the chef makes the best banana nut pancakes I’ve ever tasted as well as the filet mignon the rockfish and the hamburger is the best in the world.
From Ajid, Jason, Edwin to Cheryl, Samuel, Kenny and Quay we were well taken care of during our seven night stay. We are looking forward to staying in their new hotel when we travel back to Bermuda in a year or two. Thank you everyone at the Loren for making our holiday getaway. A very memorable stay.

The Loren at Pink Beach was a thoroughly delightful experience that exceeded all expectations with regards to facilities, accommodation and especially service. The staff was gracious, friendly, and professional and contributed greatly to our enjoyment, with special commendations to Leanté (Lee) at the front desk who went beyond the call of duty with restaurant recommendations, at check in and check out, and looking after every detail with a smile, and Victor at the Pink Beach Restaurant, whose service contributed as much to the enjoyment of meals as the food – he quietly assisted less experienced servers as well.
We are returning to the Loren at the end of March and hope to make it a home ashy from home.

The Loren is an exquisite experience, from beautiful views to a wonderful staff and a dream dining experience from Chef Lawrence Godinho and staff! This place is a must see if you like the red carpet experience! Ask Chef Lawrence to do something special and enjoy the magic that he creates! This was our third time at the Loren. It was as good as ever. We are big beach people and it was great to see that most guest hung around the pool. We literally had the beach to ourselves for 3 days straight. Vlad and Centano.....dudes are amazingly attentive with the drinks and food. Li at the front desk, got us an incredible upgrade after a minor room malfunction.

I visited Bermuda with my whole family to celebrate my 40th birthday. We stayed at the Loren, and we were extremely impressed!! It was beautiful and everyone was so lovely and accommodating. Shane, Maryann, Maureen, Jason, and Jomar (just to name a few) were part of the amazing staff that helped make our stay so special. My kids are 9 and 7 years old, and they were so attentive and gracious with them for the entire stay. We would absolutely come back and stay at the Loren, next time we visit Bermuda!

We spent five wonderful days at The Loren at Pink Beach with our family, including our newborn, and it was truly an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The hotel has a calm, luxurious vibe, stunning ocean views, and a very family-friendly atmosphere.

We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Suite, which was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed — perfect for families. There was plenty of room for everyone, including space for the baby crib and stroller.

Check-in was fast and very friendly — the front desk staff made us feel welcome right away.

A special mention goes to the poolside service, which was absolutely excellent. Our server, Volodimyr, made our stay unforgettable. He always brought food and drinks quickly and with a smile. On the day when the ocean had big waves, he thoughtfully offered life jackets and boogie boards for our kids. The kids had so much fun, and we as parents felt completely at peace knowing they were safe. That kind of personal attention and care really made our stay special.

The only downside: there’s just one restaurant on site, and the menu stayed the same throughout our five-day stay. While the food was good, it became a bit repetitive — for example, there was only one soup option and no daily specials from the chef. Some variety would make the dining experience even better.

Overall, The Loren is a beautiful and serene hotel — perfect for families with children and even newborns. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and family-oriented stay in Bermuda, this is definitely a great choice!

My wife and I spent a long weekend at the Loren and it has been fantastic. The staff has been excellent. There is one staff member (Ron) that has stood out above the others. He helped us poolside and was very attentive. One evening my wife arranged a private dinner on the beach and Ron was the person that set it up with tiki torches and the lovely table. He served us our food and wine and truly made the experience special. He was friendly, efficient, and extremely professional. Thank you Ron.

The Loren was LOVELY. We had such an enjoyable time and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bermuda. We are repeat guests and have seen some really great improvements over the years. The food was fantastic at Maree and the staff all very friendly and pleasant. Our room was HUGE and the en-suite bathroom was beautiful with double vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower. Thanks for what was a very happy, relaxing and memorable stay.

Very nice good service and great rooms… a very nice resort that I’d well maintained and staffed. A couple of issues but overall it was good.

1. Checked us in but did not ask for a credit card … then was calling for me all afternoon…
2. The bell hop,… reaked of pot / marijuana … very noticeable. Perhaps it’s legal on the island but it was a strong scent.
3. The A/c unit stopped working … but they fixed it immediately.

Great pool deck and beach area… separate area for kids which was great.

We had the pleasure of being served by Jomar at The Pink Beach Club at The Loren Hotel, and he was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, personable, and attentive. He took the time to ask about our kids and our meal preferences, making us feel genuinely welcomed. What impressed us most was how carefully he handled allergies—he made sure everything was prepared to the highest standard and gave us complete peace of mind. Throughout the meal, his friendliness and professionalism shone through. Jomar truly elevated our dining experience, and we are so grateful for his thoughtful service.

Stayed at the beginning of August, left another 5-star property as was not happy and moved to this hotel, had no expectations. Happy I did as it was beyond my expectation. Room was beautiful and clean. Hotel has a beautiful view when you enter, Food was very good at the Pink Beach. Joe was absolute star. Pool Staff Vlad was amazing. The best part of this trip is Michelle who made us feel that we were her only guest in this hotel. She was everywhere, said hello during breakfast, approached me by the pool to ensure my dinner reservations are confirmed, was at the driveway to bid me goodbye. She ensured to assist us in every possible way. We travel everywhere and we never got this in the 5-star hotel I stayed in and yes we paid more money but her personalized service and her sincere approach to service will make me return to Bermuda and only at The Loren Hotel from now on.

The Loren in Bermuda is everything a true luxury hotel should be. The property is beautifully maintained, with every detail reflecting care and quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, and the setting itself is stunning — every corner of the property feels like a picture-perfect escape.

This was exactly the level of service, comfort, and elegance you’d expect from a five-star hotel. We will absolutely be staying at The Loren again. A flawless experience from start to finish.

The Loren at Pink Beach was an exceptional hotel with exceptionally gracious and professional staff that cared for my family as they would have done their own. We visit Bermuda often, and we can say without doubt that this visit was one of the best, largely because of our stay at The Loren.

The Loren is definitely a premium luxury hotel. We chose it because it looked to be the only hotel in Bermuda comparable to a Four Seasons. The hotel was ultra clean which is probably our top priority. Housekeeping came twice a day for cleaning and turndown service. The restaurant Pink Beach Club was one of the best we ate at during our 5 night stay in Bermuda. The hotel location is ideal, towards the middle of the island on the south shore facing towards the caribbean. There is a very clean private beach where you can order food and drinks. The concierge team was very helpful and the concierge manager Michelle was extremely helpful, attentative and a luxury hospitality expert. The hotel provides a lot of complimentary items and services with personal touches, which I won’t spoil for future guests. Overall the hotel is very impressive, customer service was excellent and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a true luxury experience in Bermuda.

Vlad at the pool is one of the finest employees I have had the pleasure of interacting with. He loves his guests and treats them royally. He made each day an absolute pleasure and should be commended. He is simply the best!!!
