Happy to leave that hotel.
Pros:

Nothing really

Cons:

The floors haven’t been swept or mopped in what looks like months! No towels, no rolls of toilet paper, stains on the sheets…. Do not stay there. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else

The ease of being near the town

Cons:

Hmmm! I originally had rented a room on the second/third floor but I brought a friend who is disabled (can’t climb stairs) and requested a first floor instead. Super nice about switching us but the room was so small, to the point you can’t even walk by each other. The shower was small you can’t even bend down, without hitting your head on the knobs getting up “ouch” and the sink was tucked in a corner of the main room outside the bathroom, no drawers “nothing” and the fridge was in between the beds stacked on top of each other, on top of the little dresser and just don’t bump it, it wobbled. The beds (mattresses) were so bumpy and slanted all to one side., you had to basically brace yourself during the night. Director the slanting. Tossed and turned all night. Plus we downsides and the room was $48 more than the suite I originally reserved but they did waive the additional fee. That was so nice but I wondered what the suite was like. Just saying!

It was descent but probably never returning.
Pros:

It’s pretty from the outside and it is near everything.

Cons:

The room is extremely small, small tv, no where to sit beside’s the bed. The room was boiling hot when I arrived. The carpets are dirty going up to my room.

Cons:

Very dirty, old hotel, very beat down even though renovated, showers are super tiny, lack of hotel amentities, room amentities were non existent and old and dirty. Room card keys did not work the whole stay even though constantly switched out

Overall, it was good an eight out of 10. 
Pros:

The distance from the beach, the staff was super nice and helpful. The staff was probably the best part. They were super nice and super quick. They gave us our room early.

Cons:

I saw a bedbug and I didn’t wanna look around because it would’ve psyched me out, but it really bummed me out.

Pros:

Very beautiful, the second oldest hotel in Avalon. Very large property as well as the balconies are very quaint. I thought everything was perfect.

Cons:

If you’re expecting something super fancy, then this is not it, this is going to be a great staff, as many amenities as you need, a working TV and good AC, as well as heater, kitchens included in your room, as well as a full sized fridge and pots and pans. Everything was extremely clean, the bed was sparkling clean. All in all great stay, I would recommend.

Fine, but overpriced and no elevator so extremely hard to maneuver.

The location, and the first day staff.

Cons:

The stairs, the oldness of the property, the small shower, the sounds. I am 24 and I had trouble with the stairs.

Pros:

I like the location and the price.

Cons:

The hotel wasn't clean when I was there. Shower drain would keep getting clogged. They showed a kitchen in their hotel as an amenity but the stove never worked and when I asked for them to fix it. Which they never did, which was sad cause half the reason we booked there was for the ability to cook there.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and absolutely loved everything. Thank you so much for the excellent service at the reception — the staff were very kind and welcoming. The room we stayed in was clean and cozy. We will definitely come back again!
