The hotel is beautiful and amazing enough quiet. It’s located in an area where there’s no vehicles allowed. You have to walk through the street and look for Cafe Italiano it’s the a small entrance for the restaurant Pacifico 303. The hotel and the restaurant share the same elevator with only one stairway to get up or down and only has enough room for one person to climb down at a time. One day we didn’t have hot water. Another day the elevator was out of service in the morning. The staff greeted us with long faces and only told us about the restaurant. Every time we walked in to the hotel we were stopped at the entrance and asked if we were guests or patrons. However, the view of the cathedral and the “Zocalo” was the best. Need anything ask anyone walking around. The people here are so friendly and will help you find anything you need including your hotel. I love this town! Shoutout to the cleaning ladies who were friendly and helpful.

La vista de la catedral es increíble

Convenient place right next to the Zocalo and Cathedral, lots of walkable shops and restaurants near by. The hotel itself needs to be updated, I’d say it was just ok, this is our second time there, but I don’t think we will come back, needs a little upgrade for sure. Last year breakfast was included, this year they took that feature out. Location is key in this stay but that’s it.

Needs a little more cleanliness

The area was quite busy, with everything at your fingertips. EVERYTHING. With a view of the Cathedral, I was in awe. Cannot wait to go back.

Esta super bien ubicado el hotel, pedimos habitacion con vista a la Catedral y nos toco en 2do piso la vdd excelente
Y cenamos en el restaurant Attico 303 (arriba del hotel ) y 10 de 10 la verdad excelente se tiene que cenar o desayunar aprovechando el hotel
Lo unico es que el elevador es compartido para llegar al restaurant como al hotel eso puede ser inseguro.
De ahi en mas via whats apps me respondieron pidiendo la contraseña del internet y me respondieron amablemente enserio gracias

The place is clean and very close to many attractions

Excelente servicio, limpio, muy cómodo con mucho ambiente en el bar y restaurante riquísimo, cualquier alimento. La vista hermosa hacia la catedral. Muy recomendable para visitar y conocer el centro de la ciudad ya que no necesitas transporte, todo se recorre a pie.

Esta bien para el precio. Muy bien ubicado. El unico problema es el ruido parece tienen un restaurant y el ruido es mucho
