The staff was great but it's a dated space that needs some renovations.

Modern, nice decor, good food and excellent staff

Nice quaint place located not too far from Ari BTS station. Many bars around for people who want to drink at night, and their house bar serves great cocktails and rum!

Showers could have a little more hooks and maybe a small shelves (for clean clothes), and probably put a cloth over the toilet door as well.

Great little hotel. Area is amazing. Rooms are small and noooot soundproof but we stayed almost 10 days on and off. Can’t beat the price.

Bott på Josh hotel några ggr. Är alltid nöjd med boendet. Fantastisk hippt område med trevliga restauranger och nära till Sky train och marknaden. På återseende.

A very good option if in Bangkok !

Nice hip hotel in a trendy part of Bangkok. Friendly staff. Easy access to bts and close to a lot of the little bars and cafes. Would definitely recommend

Super personale og fin beliggenhed tæt på bts. Dog desværre rigtig mange naboer med hunde som hyler hver eneste nat, og rummet har kun gitter for badeværelset så lyde kommer meget nemt ind i rummet

The room was ok but small, the TV didn't work, the WIFI didn't work, there wasn't any onsite parking for cars, the rooms were loud at night due the loud music multiple floors below me

The bed is so hard

2명정도 이용할 때 좋습니다. 호텔이 전체적으로 넓은 편이 아니기 때문에 주로 밖에서 많이 활동하실 때 이용하면 좋을듯 합니다. 호텔을 청소해주시는 것은 좋았지만 수건을 이틀동안 받지못해서 그냥 쓰던것을 말려서 사용했어요. 그리고 복도와 방의 방음이 잘 되지 못합니다. 에어컨은 엄청 시원해요!

The Josh Hotel is tucked away in a quiet side road close to the hustle and bustle of Soi Ari. Really convenient for the more tourist-driven parts of Bangkok but a nice place to go back to in the evening if you need a bit of peace and quiet.

Staff are friendly (although you'll need to be tuned in to Thai pronunciation of some English words to fully understand what you're being told) and like everywhere in Thailand, you'll be greeted with a warm smile.

The rooms are clean and well-looked after, and the beds very comfortable.

This last week *would have been* my third stay at Josh Hotel but for the coronavirus pandemic first causing the cancellation of the Thai MotoGP event and then the cancellation of my flights home, meaning I could not even travel to BKK. Neverthelessless, I would recommend Josh Hotel for solo or family travellers who need a clean and comfortable place to rest their head for the night, but perhaps not so much if you want to hang by the pool, bar, restaurant and have an "in-hotel", "not-venturing-out-too-often" kind of holiday. For that, you might want something with an extra star or two in its rating.

Oh yes! Also, don't bank on early check-in, even if you have requested and had this confirmed. Seems late-checkouts over-ride early check-ins!

スタッフがとても親切にしてくれた。コロナウイルスなどの風潮のなか申し訳ない気持ちがあったが、嫌な顔せず対応してくれて嬉しかった。

Overall I liked it, and it was a welcome change from the typical Bangkok chain hotels. The staff were lovely and super helpful. Cleanliness was a bit lacking for me. My first room had animal droppings on the floors near the bed and in the bathroom. They moved me to a different room, which had dead bugs everywhere. The bathrooms reeked of mold/mildew. I was traveling with others and didn't hear any complaints from them, so might have been an isolated issue.

저렴한 가격치곤 깔끔한 편이었고 청소상태가 좋았어요. 제가 침구가 더러우면 가려워서 잘못자는데 그런것도 전혀 없었어요. 서비스는 과하지도 부족하지도않았고 조식이 메뉴를 골라먹을 수 있어 이틀내내 괜찮았어요 위치도 아리역과 가까워요. 가격대비 최고입니다

Locatie is uitmuntend; lekker buiten de drukte om in het in Bangkok, maar wel centraal genoeg. Daarnaast is de wijk Ari hip en zijn er voldoende mogelijkheden om te genieten van streetfood en uitstekende restaurants.

The hotel doesn’t even provide tissue paper. I was having a really bad flu and had to use toilet paper instead

Nice vintage design, but very small room. Not very convenient design of the room due to limited space. Located inside a residential neighbourhood but the neighbours’ dog starts to bark every morning at 5pm, quite annoying.
