Virkelig fint til prisen med god beliggenhed ved søen og Old quarter.
Pros:

Ich habe mich sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Jederzeit würde ich dieses Hotel wieder wählen
Pros:

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Ausflüge konnten im Hotel gebucht werden und wurden nach meinen Bedürfnissen angepasst.
Gutes Frühstück und toller Ausblick und Service in der Rooftop Bar.
Ich fühlte mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im mittleren Bereich mit Fenster zum Innenraum sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Bel emplacement et belle qualité de service
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié. L’hôtel est dans le vieux quartier proche de tout et du beau lac Hoa Kiem.

Loved it great staff great location better than expected.
Pros:

Location was excellent with a view over the lake. We could walk easily to all locations in the old quater etc . Staff were amazingly helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Would stay here again.

Don’t hesitate to book this property, good value for the money.
Pros:

Good location in the Old Quarter, close to everything you need. Breakfast was basic but good, you won’t go hungry. front desk staff are VERY friendly and takes time to talk with you and answer questions about the area, well done. Would stay there again.

Pros:

emplacement au top a l'intersection du vieux quartier et du lac. On a fait tout à pied (rue du train/ marché/vieux quartiers/tour du lac...) le petit rooftop sur le toit est bien sympa, avec une très belle vue et des prix très corrects.
La personne a la réception nous donné de très bons conseils pour visiter la ville,

Cons:

le seul bémol c'est le petit déjeuner un peu moyen par rapport à tout ce qu'on a eu ailleurs et l'humidité constante dans la chambre (pourtant au 6ème étage avec fenêtre et balcon). Il y a aussi une chose que l'on a retrouvé dans plusieurs hôtels, c'est que la baignoire n'est pas collé au mur et lorsqu'on se douche l'eau coule sur le mur et on la retrouve sur tout le sol. Un rideau de douche ou vitre serait plus judicieux

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. Lovely staff - couldn’t be more helpful.

Cons:

It’s quite dated. The room was small (could only get out of bed one side). I stayed somewhere much more modern for a little more around the corner.

Pros:

Our stay on Bella premier was good , specially the customer service and room conditions were amazing . staff was really helpful and kindhearted . They helped us a lot I am giving you guys 4 .5 stars bcoz of only one reason as we were vegetarian but haven't got much options but for non vegetarians they have heaps of options especially pineapple pancake must try one and tourist will definately enjoy their stay
