Pros:

First, I would like to start with the AMAZING staff! So helpful and hospitable. The beds were comfortable, breakfast really nice especially the pancakes. The rooftop bar has a great view and overall the location is really convenient.

A charming, authentic Hanoi stay with wonderful service
Pros:

Fantastic two-night stay at Bella Premier! Wonderful service, spotless hotel and a perfect location right in the heart of lively Hanoi. We loved the authentic Vietnamese atmosphere and unique character - a refreshing change from our previous hotels in Vietnam. The rooftop bar was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, a great stay and definitely recommended!

Cons:

The only downsides were the noisy fridge/AC and thin walls. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Perfect location and super clean
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. House keeping was exceptionally good

Cons:

Just two issues. The hotel add up to 5% for credit card payments.
They also imposed a charge to use the sky bar during the Independence Day celebrations even for hotel residents which I felt was mean.
This is just a hotel policy use and not a reflection on any of the staff.
