Excellent qualité-prix
Pros:

Tellement bien situé.
Personnel extrêmement gentils.
Chambre très confortable.
Déjeuner copieux et excellent.
Belle terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur le lac.
Un merci spécial à Trang, une personne exceptionnelle qui a rendu notre séjour à Hanoï encore mieux que nous l'aurions imaginé.

Amazing hotel, with even more amazing staff in the very heart of Hanoi Old Quarter.
Pros:

We had the top floor room which was great, and the view across the lake was amazing. Great to stand and watch the evening descend and all of the lights come on in the city, Staff were 100% amazing, could not do enough for us and were so kind and polite - wanted to help with everything. Also a great choice at breakfast and even if something wasn't there they would go and get it for you.

Cons:

Absolutely no fault of the hotel or staff, but the balcony for the room is very small and not big enough to have a chair on, but it is old quarter Hanoi and the rooftop bar gave us views with a seat!

A friendly, comfortable stay in the centre of Hanoi.
Pros:

Staff were most welcoming, helpful and attentive. Location was convenient, rooftop bar had a great view and cosy feel to it. Great location to everything yet lovely and quiet.

Cons:

Bathroom had glass walls and door which lacked certain privacy.

L’Hôtel est situé dans le vieux Hanoï, ce qui vous immerge dans la vie locale.
Il est confortable, propre et proche du marché, de restaurants, activités etc...
Son rooftop avec une vue imprenable sur le lac,
La gentillesse du personnel et particulièrement de l'hôtesse d'accueil, pour sa disponibilité, pour ces conseils et nous réserver les restaurants, les cyclos pousses.... ce qui a faciliter notre séjour.

Cons:

Sur le rooftop les boissons sont aux tarifs europeens dommage !

Staff were helpful and courtesy.
1. Loaned us adapters when we realised the hotel's sockets used 2 pins and not 3 pins.
2. Special packed breakfasts as we need to travel early in the morning.

Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji w samym Centrum, wszędzie blisko, wszystko pod ręką.
Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, bardzo uprzejmie, pomogą wszystko załatwić.
Bar na dachu Super wrażenie, widoki piękne na jezioro i most czerwony, jedzenie i drinki w barze na dachu Super, obsługa bardzo mila.
Podziękowania dla całej obsługi.

Cons:

Pokoje bardzo małe, na zdjęciach wyglądają bardziej przestronnie, pokoje na 2 i 3 piętrze bez dostępu do światła w oknie tzn. za oknem mur, ściana betonowa, wiec ma sie wrażenie jakby było sie w celi. Śniadania dobre każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie.

Super nice staff!! So accommodating, so friendly!! Loved them. I booked twice. Both times the room was what I paid for - not expensive, no frills. Facilities to be expected.l for the price…. But the staff was first class. Location was super convenient also - just a few steps from the lake and the bar had a great view. Good and safe for a solo traveler

Shower was just ok, a bit moldy.
