Pros:

Mooi ingericht hotel! De aanwezige kunst was een mooi extraatje! Vriendelijk personeel en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Kamer was ook prima en alles was netjes. Niet te ver van het station, 10min wandelen. Helaas geen Onsen in het hotel maar in Aomori was een publieke Onsen voor ¥480.

Ook genoten van alle sneeuw in Aomori, het had iets rustgevend

Pros:

Loved the art work in the foyer

Cons:

It was quite a cool room, not helped by curtains left open. A second doona was provided but still needed to sleep in a track suit. The pillows were also uncomfortable

テイクアウトの料理はおいしかった。

Cons:

大雪だった事で提携駐車場の空きがなかったのですが、どうすればいいか聞いても全て客任せだった。近くの駐車場も金額に差はないので自分で探してくださいという感じだった。駐車場込みでこのホテルを選んでいるのだから、提携駐車場がないのであれば何らかの対応を取るべきだと思う。
夜のレストランのメニューが高すぎる。ビュッフェでもないのに…

The accommodation was clean and easily accessible. I booked 3 rooms and requested close together, they were more than happy to assist with that. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. Overall was a wonderful stay, even after we extended due to weather issues.

Cons:

Other than obvious weather issues during our stay, we had issues with the windows sweating due to temperature difference inside and out causing the random sound of water dripping periodically.
