Parfait à refaire ✨️
Pros:

Le personnel est juste parfait , très aimable surtout monsieur serkan ipek , serhat bağuç et monsieur berk .
Les chambres étaient spacieuses parcontre elles n'étaient pas nettoyées tout le temps .
Concernant le bufet c'était bon peu varié comparé à l'année précédente les chefs cuisiniers étaient adorables madame fadime et özlem sans oublié le chef .
Un excellent séjour à revivre.

Hotel at a good location, but with several minor issues
Pros:

The location is excellent! It is relatively close to the old city centre (about 2 km walk), but if somebody does not want/cannot walk, can take the tram that is just 2 minutes walk, or the metro that is the same distance. The staff offered to call a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price (50USD/42EUR); we were six people, these are the prices for the Mercedes Vito. Also, there are many shops and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was good, we enjoyed four times and it was still not boring.
The staff was very nice, checkin and checkout were fast, and they even wanted to carry our luggage :)

Cons:

The wifi is very slow and in the last room on the corridor, my laptop could not see it. My phone was working, but very slowly. In Istanbul, almost EVERYBODY is smoking. Unfortunately, also the staff, and they smoked just under our window. We could smell it.
There are not enough power sockets in the room. Nowadays, people need for chargers or for any other devices.
There were no hangers in the room! Nothing for the jackets; we had to hang them in the closet, but also, there was no hanger for the towels in the bathroom! It was the first hotel, I have seen this.
The room was very tiny; there was not even a desk, so even if my laptop see the wifi, I won't be able to use it properly :(
There is ZERO noise isolation; we could hear everybody whoever spoke or walked in front of the rooms. We could also hear each others through the walls of the hotelroom (our 3 rooms were next to each other).
