Hotel is good, staff is not.
Pros:

the location, it’s near to laleli station, and m2 tram line so it’s easy to go everywhere u want. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

the staff members(receptionist) forced to pay for “ruined towel” it was just hair dye that washes off with warm water (I wash my towels all the time, and I’ve never had any problems with this), but the staff allegedly said that no, it’s already considered damaged property, and I have to pay $15 on the spot — only in cash. I didn’t have any cash and wanted to pay by card, but they wouldn’t let me, saying I had to pay in cash because the terminal wasn’t working. And they said this before I checked out — they just presented me with a fait accompli. I had to find cash and pay. I understand that people want to make some extra money, but I’ve never received this kind of service at any hotel where I’ve stayed before. I’m extremely outraged.

La camera era piccolina ma dopo averla vista ci hanno detto che potevamo fare cambio con una più grande, giustamente ad un prezzo diverso. L'albergo è comodissimo perché è a 100 metri dalla metro e 100 metri dal tram T1 che collega il centro storico (Sultanahmet) alla parte moderna (Kabataş); la colazione abbondante con la possibilità di scegliere liberamente tra dolce e salato, ottima la frutta fresca!
