The location of this hotel is convenient. You have everything your need is nearby. Friendly staff, delicious food, good service and relaxing. I attend our KVRM AGM. Nice swimming pool. Serene ambience all around esp the Lobby lounge

Filthy room. Sheets & towels were stained. Latch on door was broken. Never stay there again.

Hi, we stayed for 3D2N, std double room (given queen bed) with total rm89++ via Agoda (w/o bfast) for short vacation, unfortunately it felt very unworthy. Below I'll share my exp. Kindly consider to bring your family here for a long stays...

Good 😊
- friendly fo staff during check in & check out
- big swimming pool, felt like private pool coz we came during weekdays
- a fridge available inside the room
- location strategically located near to AEON MALL, and eateries

Bad 😡
- ancient towels, bedsheets & pillow cases
- room were half painted or more so painted to cover yellowish paint from old paint
- sticky bathroom & molds on the floor
- tv not working after rain on the first day, cant even find any channel
- room smell like cigarettes, even though we've requested non-smoking room
- buffet bfast with small options, during my stay; fried rice, hotdog, fried egg, cornflakes & cococrunch (milk not cold), bread with jams, coffee and tea, orange cordial drink (no ice), NO NASI LEMAK (only on weekends), there were condiments for porridge but the porridge itself were not prepared. Price: rm15 during weekdays rm10 during weekends (we paid only for the first day)

UNFORGETTABLE MOMENT DURING BFAST::
We came down around 7.20am to register & pay for bfast, seated and start eating from 7.30am - 10.00 am (drinking coffee while observing the situation inside). At 7.37am came down one lady (i think management staff) and eating, the chef after placed the fried egg on the station began talking with the lady until 8.23am. During the chitchatting, people came to enjoy their bfast, food began to depleted but the chef keep on chitchatting, ignoring the situation (i think the issues being discussed with the lady were so serious). I am pity with the family that only ate bread and cereals during that chitchatting. Once the dining room were swarmed with people they stop talking and moves to do their respective tasks.

IMPROVEMENT NEEDED:
A lot of things need to be improved from room to dining room. Even though it is a short stay, please make your customer comfortable and happy to enjoy their stays. Kindly be attentive and alert with the surrounding.

Room is smelly, lots of cigarette buds outside the room window. Bed sheets are stained but bed is comfortable. Air conditioner is powerful and cold.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, room is just nice, good enough to rest comfortably. Location is very strategic, walking distance away from Jusco Shopping Mall, around 10 mins from Seremban city centre.

Bilik bersih. Cuma, maklumbalas sistem yang menyatakan bahawa saya sudah boleh mendaftar, sangat lambat sehingga saya terpaksa menunggu untuk satu tempoh yang lama. Penerangan tentang pakej bayaran yang agak mengelirukan. Say kena bayar deposit untuk setiap bilik sedangkan di tempat lain bayaran deposit hanya dibayar sekali atau satu sahaja untuk semua jumlah bilik yang ditempah. Selak pintu ada yang sudah patah. Layanan kakitangan mesra dan membantu.

Dirty sheets, dirty curtains, smelling closets, bath towel is not clean, but the staff is very kind and very helpful when needed

The room smells of cigarette smoke, the less friendly staff especially the receptionist counter and I will never come to this hotel again

Would like to comment about the hotel breakfast. The food is too spicy. I found "asam keping" in the mee goreng. Why huh?
Quite regular staying here as my company panel hotel. Please improve your breakfast immediately. Not the same as last time.

- next to its swimming pool they provided changing room/bathroom and surau.
- OK wifi coverage

Con:
- Staffs : Upon arrival, we need to find n pull trolley on my own to my room. No staffs offer help. Very slow service at reception.
- Facility : Old furniture. Squeaky bed. Bad TV reception.
- Parking available in the basement but only limited to max 10 vehicles

We are in the group of taking 41 rooms. Check in on 19.4.2019 - Check out 20-4.2019.The rooms was horrible.Not well maintain.Smelly, stinct and blood stain on the bed sheets.The breakfast is average and cannot expect to much. Not recommended to stay here... We are in a big family will NOT staying here again becoz is a nightmare to all of us.

The hotel is in good location very near to the malls and area center. However the facilities are serious wear, the amenities are not clean up for the claimed 3-Star hotel standard. No towels in room, the receptionist gave me one towel at check-in,
The hotel is a nice building with pretty architect, maybe it is not in a tourist or business area so it doesn't want to maintain or upkeep.
Staff is super nice and friendly though.
Overall it is OK for a stop-by.

The room is dirty, smelly, toilet is small, bad service, the queen size bed and pillows is not comfortable, price is expensive even though below RM 100. Hotel don't have proper maintenance...and it's horror...
