poor quality accommodation, quite dirty inside. No toilet paper provided and the walls are quite thin so you can hear lots of noise in the hallway. There was a large family in the hallway making noise till midnight. There are also no windows in the room which makes it feel like a cell

Good location. Affordable. What you pay is what you get, so don't expect.

The area is very convenient place in daytime but at night we realized very noisy, till midnight. And room has no window, no tables even a just very small table, and the shower have only little warm water not hot shower...We have to go up some stairs to reach the reception with big travel baggages.

Hard to find this hotel.no sign board.

The view was great, with free facilities of swimming pool and sauna. The room is big and comfortable. However the carpet is seen with many stains and the towel have a stench, but it was a good stay though. just right above Time Square.

Hotel staff Ifzal was very kind and accomodative.

This hotel is located at the centre of the bukit bintang which also near to the monorail station. We have booked for 3 bed 2 rooms through expedia. But the hotel staff allocated 5 bedded room to us instead of the rooms that we paid for. The room doesn't have ventilcation. The bathroom is very small and not comfortable.

The hotel cannot provide room for me , agreed to refund fully, but did not refund at all.
It was the hotel fault cannot give me a room, not my fault .
The hotel asked me to ask HOTELS.COM to cancell , so I did it , but until today 04 July 2017( more than one month already ) ,I did not get the refund .
So I am thinking should I trust HOTELS.COM ,and also GOLDBRICK HOTEL ?

Very good location.Very good price. But rooms smaller. Comfortable. No name board, so difficult to find

Small clean room, good bathroom. Only one bottle of water for 2 adults Close to food street and Chankat, very spasmodic and slow internet

Overall was good enough.

I had a great stay.Staff are friendly. Room clean and tidy. worth my money. good for budget stayers.

A little problem to find this hotel because no name

When we arrived on the first day and used the GPS, we couldn't find the place at all. It was hidden between a hotel and a provision shop near Guardian and there was no directions to hotel. Luckily we asked the employer at Guardian to guide us after being lost for about a good 10 minutes. It was in a shared building, second floor, and there is a few steps before u reach the lift, so if you are carrying heavy luggage, this hotel not recommended. Staff was friendly, but is there housekeeping services? I'm not sure because nobody cleaned our room and we got to ask for towels to change. I don't think this was a big deal as we were only staying for 2 nights. WIFI was horrible, but don't worry it's still loading...after a very long wait. The showering hose came loose when showering so I showered without the showering head, lol. The TV had only one channel, I don't get it but yeah I'm alright with just watching AXN. Overall I'm fine, the location was really central, very good. I am ok with the hotel but my friend kept complaining so okay...will try other hotels around the area but if you want just a place to touch and go for a night, I think this is the right area for you (if you're not picky).

Be ware this is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 1 star at best. Even though it is a private room, the bed sheets are thin and dont feel clean. The entrance is shared with 2 hostels, so it is 4 times more than the price of hostel, but worse condition.

Service staff was very polite and willing to help. Rooms were rather clean as well. However, they had a little screw up with the booking of rooms and a faulty a/c, resulting in one of us having to sleep on a mattress on the floor with 1/3 of it up against the wall as the room given in replacement was really for 2 and not 3 people. Could have handled the situation better with regards to shifting us into 2 separate rooms instead of only 1 meant for 2 people when we paid for 3 beds, and not giving empty promises on when the room we booked could be handed over to us.
