Great staff, great location.
Pros:

The staff were amazing - Bindiya on the front desk and Adam on the door were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so close to everything we needed.

Amazing location, friendly staff and manhattan on your door step!
Pros:

The location was amazing, walking distance to times square, msg, Rockefeller and empire state. staff super friendly and room was clean

Cons:

It felt outdated - bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way and we kept having to fix the toilet cistern. Just needs a freshen up!

Świetnie położony (wszędzie blisko), bardzo miła obsługa, przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżko.

Pros:

Chambre rangée et serviettes changées tous les jours. Lit confortable.
Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas suffisamment diversifié, notamment en terme de choix : absence de fromage, charcuterie, par exemple. Les tables et chaises n'étaient pas toujours propres.
Service de nettoyage pas toujours top. Les fenêtres de la chambre n'était pas propre à notre arrivée. Les salles de bain manquent de rangement.
