The elevator is not worth for the money you pay
It was clean , calm and great area.
There was construction stuff around and no valet parking
We loved this hotel because of the location the staff are friendly. The breakfast is good.
The fact that we paid for the room then was still asked for 500 dollars then two days later they took another $300 without my knowledge until I see it on my statement they said it was the system that did it i’m not even sure that is actually legal but they did it anyway the billing in the hotel is very complicated and hard for anybody to get their head round so this could be made easier and then the hotel would be absolutely fantastic.

Location and breakfast. My room had a great view of city and Empire States Bldg
Slow Internet and cleanliness of the lobby and breakfast area particularly. Reception staff looked a bit stressed with work and didn’t find them very polite nor friendly. Also as a Hilton Honors member I expected complimentary water to the room.
