The worst trip ever!
Pros:

I have called several times and gotten nowhere with the staff. The walls shook repeatedly during our whole trip. We were unable to sleep one wink. It sounded like someone was doing construction next door.

Cons:

The lack of response from the staff.

It’s a really good place to stay in NYC. We enjoyed our stay and I hope we can return there someday!

Skvělá poloha. Možnost výhledu v horních patrech.

Cons:

Chaotická snídaně s minimem míst na sezení. Pracovníci na recepci nebyli ochotní. Při objednávce třílůžkového pokoje byly postele připraveny pouze pro dvě osoby. Po sdělení recepci jsme dostali odpověď,že máme lůžko vyřešit sami (to však nebylo možné pro obtížné rozložení gauče). Navíc byl na patře v pozdních večerních hodinách slyšet požární poplach, jelikož pracovník dole prováděl údržbu.

Location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The elevators had very long waits. The lobby area would have a line just to catch an elevator. I think the hotel was doing renovations which would explain all the luggage that was being kept in the front bar area which didn’t seem very secure.

Hôtel pratique pour un séjour bref au cœur de Manhattan
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Manhattan, à dix minutes de Times Square. Il est possible de profiter d'une belle vue sur le quartier, si vous êtes logés haut dans l'immeuble. Les chambres sont confortables et propres, et le petit déjeuner est bon.

Cons:

Notre chambre était en revanche assez mal isolée, non sur l'extérieur, mais sur l'intérieur de l'hôtel : nous entendions distinctement les déplacements des autres clients à notre étage et avons été réveillés par un bruit fort à l'étage supérieur.

Confort, buen nivel entre 6° y 7° Av.
Pros:

La ubicación y la vista desde habitación es excepcional.!! Estuvimos en piso 34 y el ventanal daba un impacto visual inolvidable. Habitación confortable, con control individual de AA. Personal Super atentos! Desayuno destacado!!

El bar debe mejorar infraestructura y atención. Sus precios son excesivos. Debe mejorar el lugar de desayuno.
