Pleasant stay, but overshadowed by a major billing error and poor follow-up afterward.
Pros:

The hotel is well located, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the stay itself was generally pleasant.

Cons:

The stay itself was generally fine, but the experience was significantly affected by a major billing error after checkout. Our two rooms had already been prepaid through Booking.com, but the hotel nevertheless charged our personal credit cards.

The hotel eventually acknowledged the error and refunded the incorrect charges. However, because the charges and refunds were processed at different exchange rates, I was left with a significant out-of-pocket financial loss.

I contacted the hotel several times and spent approximately 2½ hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. I also contacted hotel management regarding the remaining loss, but I have not received a response.

I hope the hotel will still resolve this final part of the issue.

(1) Although cute and trendy. the shower half shower door with shower curtain did not keep the water in the shower. The shower curtain is too porous or short. I had to request three floor mats. (2) No ventilation in the bathroom .

Niet gerenoveerd! Sla dit hotel over, kies een andere slaapplek!!

Locatie was dichtbij bezienswaardigheden! Uitzicht op Empire en een deel van de stad is mooi.

Cons:

Ze zeggen dat het is gerenoveerd, maar dat is het niet!! Het hotel bestaat 8 jaar....op sommige plekken is er in 8 jaar nog nooit schoongemaakt, het is er vies. Het is oud, meubilair is beschadigd en versleten. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn ook al 8 jaar oud. Er zitten vlekken in en de draden hangen eraan. Het ontbijt was vreselijk. Droge croissants en pannenkoekjes. We hebben bij een bakkerij in de buurt gegeten, daarvoor zijn er verschillende goede opties. Adviseer dan ook het ontbijt over te slaan en lekker in de buurt iets te halen. Personeel is niet gemotiveerd, loopt er ontevreden bij. Prijs is veeeeeel te hoog voor dat wat zij beloven!

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue maravillosa. La ubicación es excelente, perfecta para explorar la ciudad. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas, con camas y almohadas inmejorables que nos permitieron descansar de maravilla después de cada jornada. El baño era moderno, amplio y estaba impecablemente limpio. Además, la limpieza diaria fue excepcional durante toda la estancia.

Si tuviera que señalar algún aspecto mejorable, diría que el espacio de almacenamiento es algo limitado. El armario resulta pequeño, especialmente en la habitación con sofá cama para tres personas, que nos pareció algo estrecha. No obstante, esto no afectó significativamente a nuestra experiencia.

El personal fue extraordinariamente amable y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a resolver cualquier duda o necesidad con una sonrisa.

El desayuno nos gustó mucho, con una oferta variada y de buena calidad. Quizá echamos en falta algunos productos más propios de un desayuno caliente completo, como baked beans, salchichas o algún tipo de embutido, pero en líneas generales nos pareció muy bueno y suficiente.

Como único comentario adicional, el lobby nos pareció algo pequeño en comparación con el tamaño y la altura del edificio. Sin embargo, se trata de un detalle menor.

En definitiva, disfrutamos enormemente de nuestra estancia y volveríamos sin duda. Un hotel muy recomendable por su ubicación, comodidad, limpieza y excelente atención al cliente.

Muy pocas cosas. El armario era algo pequeño y la habitación con sofá cama para tres personas resultaba un poco justa de espacio. También el lobby nos pareció pequeño para un hotel de esas dimensiones. El desayuno era bueno, aunque podría ofrecer alguna opción caliente adicional. En cualquier caso, son detalles menores frente a una estancia excelente.
