Pros:

Its close to the beach, pool was very clean.

Cons:

Room gets cleaned or organized every 3 days, we have to ask for towels, i think towels should get replaced everyday. Room had a lot of sand on the floor. Water was leaking out of the walk in shower had to put a towel down so floor would not get wet

Pros:

Less than a minute from being steps away from the beach is always a huge plus. You walk past the pool down some steps and you’re right there! The Tiki Bar has delicious food and drinks. We were definitely impressed and had multiple things all equally good. Both of the women working the bar were fantastic! Karaoke was fun! Pool was clean.

Cons:

This place definitely doesn’t look like the pictures. Our room in particular had a terrible smell. Only thing close to resemblance is cat pee. It didn’t have any functional space. It had 3 draws only 2 worked. No where to hang clothes. No place to lay clothes. No shelves or hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. They threw/shoved all the towels and rags in the tiny corner on the sink. Cheap one ply toilet paper. Iron didn’t work which when you can’t hang clothes, sucks. AC unit leaked the entire time in the floor and was super noisy. The sheets were stained on both beds and didn’t even fit the beds. Black stuff in the bathtub and had sand in it. The blinds were broke so you could see straight into room (level with pool). The concrete area around the pool was so dirty, black, debris everywhere, lounge chairs were filthy. No staff members were friendly other than bartenders. Laundry room was gross. 3 washers and 4 dryers. Staff washes towels and cleaning microfiber towels in the guest washer and it was always filled for hours with the same load. There’s no parking if you stay out late.

Our room was dirty. Shower/bathtub was nasty. Bedding had markers and stains all over.

Staff was great, location was great, hotel needs major major upgrades and maintenance done.
Pros:

The location is great! Can’t beat that.

Cons:

It looks much different from the pictures online. It’s just outdated really is all and they’ve done no upgrades. We actually had water pour like a waterfall into the room when it rained from the window.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

Location and the idea was great but it was dirty, ran down, no one mentioned there was 2 flights of stairs no elevator and I am disabled

Cons:

Nothing , staff was unprofessional and not helpful . I will say the house keepers were the only ppl there that were helpful. They helped us carry our belongings in and out .

Dirty, ran down, whole place smelled of marijuana writing more of views apparently our room was renovated and the sink was busted the faucet wasn’t attached and the beds looked like someone bled on them and the quilts were mildew stained
