My room had several floor boards missing. The toilet seat needed replacing. There was a light fixture that was missing the cover. Paint spots on side table. The shower leading from the beach to the property was not working, missing nozzle. These things should have been repaired in the off season, it’s now May. They wee busy replacing some flowers and redoing flower beds. There was no blow dryer . The dispensaries in shower were all empty.

Beds are hard and pillows are flat. The refrigerator didn't get very cold.

It is an older establishment, so yes there needs to be upgrades. However, one recommendation for improvement would be security around the premises and the cleanliness around the stairs. Also, there was alot of sand in my room upon check in.

Rooms are old and not clean.

The weather - nothing that can be controlled but because it rain every day - I was unable to enjoy the beach and the tiki bar was closed

L'hotel è tenuto male, vecchio e si vede, la stanza non mi è piaciuta, non aveva un buon odore e non è accogliente. Lo staff è stato molto freddo, quasi sembrava al check in, un pò più gentile al check out. Mi ha deluso.

No elevator

It’s poorly maintained, non-cleaned rooms, and a general feeling of unsafe lurking around. In our room, they left the bedbug chemicals they sprayed AND there was no bedding. The bed covers had piss stains on them! Was told from the front desk that they spray every room for bedbugs daily. The bottles state they are hazardous to humans. Tried to cancel our reservation and got the run around between the property and Booking.com. Each said I had to contact the other. In the end, I got an email confirmation that the property refunded the reservation to Booking.com and now I have to somehow call Booking.com to get my money returned. Which Booking.com does not have a Customer Contact number in their app. But I’ll figure it out. DONT USE BOOKING.COM FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS… That’s what I learned.

Das Reinigungspersonal ist anscheinend unterbesetzt und überfordert. Als wir in das angeblich eincheck-bereite Zimmer kamen, waren die Betten nicht gemacht.
Also zurück an die Rezeption.
Wir sind dann mit einem Getränke-Gutschein versorgt worden und mussten noch einmal länger darauf warten bis wir ins Zimmer konnten.
Dann konnten wir endlich ins Zimmer.
Aber die Handtücher fehlten.
Also zurück an die Rezeption. Etwas gewartet, weil es auch bei anderen Probleme gab. Dort einen Stapel bekommen, den wir aber nicht kontrolliert haben. Unser Fehler. Erst beim Duschen nach dem Sonnenuntergang ist aufgefallen, dass es sich nur um kleine Handtücher und Badteppiche handelte.
Also schon wieder an die Rezeption. Lange gewartet, weil es immer noch bei einigen anderen Probleme gab und nur noch eine Person an der Rezeption war.
Das Personal gibt sich wirklich Mühe, aber vielleicht sollte das Management das eine oder andere besser organisieren.

We arrived to the hotel and checked in and we immediately noticed the strong mold odor, the room had a balcony attached to it. The balcony door was cracked open when we walked in, my fiancé then walked on to the balcony and immediately noticed the railing was not attached nor anchored as well as the balcony floor collapsing. We immediately got off the balcony and told the front desk and asked for a different room, the front desk told us we could not change rooms without paying a cleaning fee or a fee for a new room nor get a refund. We then called code enforcement to ensure that no other families would be hurt or injured because they failed to close down/ fix the room. After code enforcement came and deemed the room unsafe, the manager then called my fiance and said since he called code enforcement and the room had to be shut down he would have to leave the room immediately or the police would be called without a refund or a room exchange. He then accused him of prying the door open but as I said before, the balcony door was already cracked open, with no locks, preventatives, or instructions stating that it should not be opened.All we wanted was a different and safer room for the price we had already paid and in return the manager kicked us out and threatened to call the police because they failed to provide a room that was up to the Bay County code standards.
The manager of this hotel does not care about the safety of their customers, this situation could have ended extremely poorly and thankfully no kids or other families were or have been injured.
