The property was beach front and had a nice sized pool and a great view.
Rooms could have been cleaned much better.

I booked a walkout to the beach room, but had to walk down 2 flights of stairs around here and there too much, mind you I’m on a walker my nephews had to carry all my belongings and me down those stairs, it looks like a jungle outside the room. So I managed to get back up the stairs and walk over to the office, I asked for another room, I was told I couldn’t get one they could give me another in the same area, I’m trying to get from there. They were no help at all. My sister in law booked 3 rooms she offers me one of hers basically because management put me out of the hotel room and charged me for the first night. And said booking okayed it and was going to refund me my money back, that I haven’t received yet. All I want is my money back.
Overall this place was better than I expected. Our room had been updated except for the bathroom. Office staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice with a large pool deck/lounge area and the location was good.
The bathroom needed updating, the tub and sink were stopped up, the floor felt sandy when we first arrived, there was no light over the vanity making it difficult to get ready and we were there four nights but never received any maid service other than clean towels being dropped off.

Old outdated and some rooms had mold and mildew in them and had roaches. Me and my family had 10 rooms there and out of the 10 rooms we had to change 5 rooms due to roaches and mold & mildew other that that it was ok. !! Great views of the water and beach .
Listed above is what I didn’t like roaches and mold & mildew in some of the rooms.

We woke up a the room was full of roaches!!!! The locked the gates at the beach at 9!! It was just an old ran down hotel , far from a resort, cheap remodeling..
Location was perfect. The room had everything we needed.
The hotel had some exterior areas in need of repair. The outdoor showers were all broken.
That it was close to the ocean
The room was nasty, like it hadn’t even been clean. The staff was unfriendly, and we had to leave early due to my uncle being put in icu bc he needs a heart transplant and not looking to make it through, and I requested a refund for that second (last night) and I was told no because we checked out past our check out time which was not correct bc we checked out well over 24 hours before our stay was supposed to end.. oh and I forgot to say that the bedding was so nasty and had food and stuff stuck to it and awful stains. Gross, not to mention between the cover and sheets was so full of sand that wasn’t from us… 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
