Pros:

Staff was great! I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and realized an hour after "Check-Out". The staff found it and held it for me. Cash was still in wallet.

Great for the price
Pros:

Convenient, price. And staff came promptly when the occupants overflowed the tub over us.

Cons:

Although we know sand is always an issue, house keeping could do a better job. We had to go buy a broom cause the floors were full of sand. Never were swept prior to us checking in, the base of the toilet hadn't been cleaned. And the grout lines in the shower had mold hanging off it.

Nice location but that’s about it.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location. It was right on the beach and not far from the pier.

Cons:

The rooms were not clean there was mold in the bathroom and the floors were so gross. The pool was decent but around the pool was not clean. The photos posted of the property are either very old or have been photoshopped. The staff was nice but not helpful. We had to constantly ask for towels as no one came to clean our room for the entire week we stayed there. We asked 3 times if someone could come and sweep in the end they handed us a broom and no dustpan. In the end we ended up sweeping up a pile in the corner of the room. Same goes for the sheets we asked many times and no one came. We eventually had to change them ourselves.

This was a great place to stay if your on a budget and want to be beachfront!!!
Pros:

I love that is was beachfront!!! I love the little Tiki bar in the pool area with the drink specials AND karaoke!!!!

Cons:

I hated that the outdoor showers didn’t work. Imagine coming in from the beach all sandy and the showers barely work. People would come and dip their feet in the pool just to clean the sand off and that made the pool sandy. Some of the railing around the pool was loose and a little wobbly.

Pros:

It was directly on the beach but there was an almost immediately apparent infestation of bed bugs

Cons:

Bed bugs left our family scrambling for new accomodations and a huge bill of clean up and precautions as to not take them with us!!

We will be back.
Pros:

Rooms were very comfortable. There is wear and tear evident, but that's expected in a well used facility. The pool was clean and guests were loving it. The beach was immediately available... toes in the sand type of place. Excellent restaurant right next door. Never struggled with parking. Helpful friendly staff. It was an amazing time!

Cons:

I really have no complaints. While not the newest most modern facility on the beach the price point was what I was looking for. I wasn't planning in camping in my room but enjoying the beach and surrounding attractions. All positive.

Will not go back.

Cons:

By the 13th day of our stay, three walls and the ceiling were completely covered in black mold. Employees told us to move all personal items onto the beds, they covered beds with plastic, sprayed, and told us to stay out of the room for 2 hours.. I do not feel this was safe/adequate elimination of black mold hazards.

Our stay : Aug 16-23 in my name - Donna Butcher ; Aug 23-30 in my partner's name - Michael Hawkins.

We killed sixteen giant cockroaches in the room during our stay.

Needless to say, his did not make for a comfortable, enjoyable, "resort"-type stay.
