Getting better
Pros:

And I’d like the location of the property and being on the beach for good value

Cons:

The time slot that we were down there dealing with the band and stuff did not like I’m changing linen and for the second time being there, always chasing towels

Location was perfect

Cons:

Bathroom was filthy. Previous guest towels were still in the bathroom. Air stopped working. I spoke with Francis who lied about me not being able to talk directly to front desk staff in regards to my late arrival. He assured me that he would leave a account note that stated we would be arriving the next day due to car trouble. He did NOT!!!! They canceled my reservation due to no call no show. Thankfully the young lady at the desk still allowed us to check in and reverse the cancelation. The air stopped working but maintenance did come right away to fix it. The room smelled like mildew. I had that to clean the entire room with bleach wipes and buy a candle from Walmart to get that smell out of there.

I did like the location, walking out onto the beach and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

I saw roaches every night. The shower had hair in it. The room wasn't sweeped. The curtains had dirt or stains on them. The room had a smell. Not safe due to dark side of Beach entry. The bed was too firm. But

The room and towels were dirty.
Pros:

The pool was pleasantly warm even though the weather was chilly. The view was good and the location was right on the beach.

Cons:

There was sand on the floor of the room and there were obvious stains on all of the towels. The sink in the bathroom took so long to drain so there was dirty water pooled in the sink every time we used it. The water pressure in the shower was really low, and the shower at night was lukewarm.

I requested towels at approximately 8:16am ( because my wife was in the shower) and needless to say, they never came. We had to dry and wash ourselves with the hand towels. And we checked out at approximately 9:15am. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the assertiveness of the customer service. At least, give me a call back. Oh , wait! There's no phones ( land lines) in the room.🤔🤔.. wich is not illegal. But, yikes! Have an caller i.d. to respond!!!!

I liked the price,location and the coffee in the lobby was delicious.

Cons:

Our room had roaches the door was heavy and only stayed shut when locked and the toilet was like a toilet in a gas station bathroom

The tiki bar was nice, the beach was easily accessible, and the room was decent for the price.

Cons:

The property was located right next to a VERY LOUD nightclub which made it nearly impossible to sleep the first night we stayed. The bedding and towels all had yellow spots on them as well and the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.
