I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Nice location, pool was nice and beach access was amazing!

Cons:

Shower didn’t work at all. Room smelt like smoke, reported the smell and no one ever came

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was the only good thing about this place. Tiki bar was awesome too

Cons:

Room was nasty. Sand everywhere in room. I felt like I needed a shower just walking in the place. Old rough nasty looking towels. Shower was terrible, hair everywhere. Place was disgusting. You get what you pay for I guess. I would never stay here again

Right on the beach and was close to everything.

Cons:

Rooms could have been cleaner.
Bath tub was stain
Dirty dishes and some was left wet in the cabinet.

Wonderful location, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
Pros:

The location is perfect right on the sand. They allowed me a late checkout of one hour without charging me extra.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the housekeeping leaves much to be desired. Our room had a lot of sand on the floor; the toilet and bathtub were dirty, and the bed linens appeared not to have been changed in a long time. The TV does not work correctly.
We went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to scrub the toilet and bathtub, as they were heavily soiled.
The pool area is dirty, with weeds growing in it. I understand that, given the hotel's beachfront location, sand is bound to be everywhere in every nook and cranny but it is clearly evident that the cleaning staff could make a greater effort.

Loved that it was close to the beach, but didn't like that it didn't look the pictures.
Pros:

I liked that we were a short walk to the beach and that they had a Tiki Bar on site. I loved the view from the balcony.

Cons:

I didn't like that the place looked run down. The bathrooms need to be updated, they need to paint in several spots, and they could add a extra table to put things on in the room.

Outside of the beach, it was horrible!
Pros:

It was beachfront.

Cons:

Dirty: toilet, shower, floor. Sheets didn’t fit bed. Beds uncomfortable. WAY TO LOUD!! Kids ran without supervision. Pool was NOT heated! A lot of trash lying all around! Very outdated. Needs an EXTREME Overhaul and makeover! If I could get my money back, I would!!
