The location of the room was excellent
Crack between the door and floor let outside bugs inside needs a few pictures on the wall to make it look more pleasant bed was a little uncomfortable pillows were really uncomfortable

The closeness to the beach and the ladies at the front desk everyone was very friendly
The housekeeper on the last day was rushing us to get out so he could clean the room an hour before our check out time.Our room didn’t have an ice bucket or a do not disturb sign so we had to walk to the front to get one…
We loved being on the first level right on the beach! We also enjoyed the patio/sitting area. The walk from our room to the ocean wasnt long we were right there! The beds were comfortable too!
My only 2 complaints there wasnt a full length mirrior in our room and considering we were on the beach level I feel like brooms should be in every room. I believe our room had a full length mirror at one time so its totally understandable if something happened to it. These were 2 very minor things everything else was great!
I stay here alot when in the area.Clean,comfortable,and pretty quiet.Has a big pool with handicap lift,a tiki bar,nice view of the beach.Employees are always nice.Has a small store on site where you can buy drinks (coke,pepsi) and snacks.House keeping keeps ypu in fresh towels,there are chair rentals on the beach and jet ski rentals In the middle of everything on front beach road.
Overall happy
I loved how close everything was and it was kept cleaned around outside areas, always saw staff working doing their job and not disturbing everyone. Front desk ladies were fantastic to us!
The only issue we had was our floors were not swept when house keeping came, we had to go buy one there was sand all over our balcony and floor because of no sweeping, very easy fix for us!

Our view was awesome that’s why we keep coming back. I look forward to continued improvements. We saw more corporate people around this time. New pool loungers and umbrellas were nice too.
Our unit wasn’t very clean when we arrived and the air conditioner struggled all week. The fridge was not in the kitchenette and the tv wasn’t center to the 2 queen beds. One queen bed had to look over the fridge to see tv.

I asked to be on the ground floor and she said ok but I wasn’t. I have a bad hip and I was hurting to bad to enjoy my 6 year old grandson
Very clean and Friendly.
Need some updates but was expected for the great rate.
Will definitely stay again.
