Muy atentos el sr Gabriel y Daniel tuvieron la amabilidad de cambiarnos de habitación, para estar más cómodos.
Gracias.
El que nos brinden café en el loby es un plus que se agradece.
Y el 31 tuvieron un datelle muy lindo de poner bocadillos también en el loby.

Cons:

A pesar de que no se puede fumar en las habitaciones, en dos ocasiones se percibió el olor a cigarro. Sería bueno insistir a los huéspedes, pues infringen el reglamento.
Y recomendaría que la limpieza de las habitaciones la hagan anes de las dos, si ya hay en la puerta la petición para hacerlo.

El servicio del restaurante pésimo y caro para atención en habitaciones y área de alberca.
Deberían contar con caldera para la alberca; nos tuvieron que ir arreglar el televisor no funcionaba
