Pros:

Excellent location for our trip. Staff very helpful, especially Saturday morning front desk worker Avi who helped us with directions [put directions on our cell phone.

Cons:

Loud people above our room. From 10:00 pm-1:00 am. Nothing they can do about people stomping around and moving things when they can’t hear it from the hall way. But for 3 hours I was unable to sleep due to purge echoing of people above.

welcoming. Customer service was great

Cons:

Had a broken coffee machine in my room for 7 of the 10 days I was there. Breakfast was very very limited and rooms left uncleaned for 3 days at a time.
