Pros:

Location was convenient. Bathroom inside our room was a good size and good shower pressure.

Cons:

Bed was hard and not facing where two people could watch TV. No live tv guide and the HBO channels listed on the channel line up did not work. We could not connect to streaming services. Was offered online check in and to chose a room with keyless entry. The room was not ready at check in time. We were no longer on the first floor (I hate elevators), we did not have keyless entry, and there was a barking dog in the room next to us.

My husband brought his swim trunks to exercise in the pool, but unfortunately the pool did not look clean.

The staff was incredible and made my son’s bday weekend extra special by decorating the room before we arrived! They provide a good breakfast as well.

Our goto place in Redmond!
Pros:

Perfect location for our stay, and location for needed services, shopping, eating, and entertainment. The staff were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfast is always the best of anywhere we stay.

The stay overall is still good.
Pros:

Provides Breakfast and the place is clean

Cons:

The bed mattress is too soft. The room sound proofing is not good enough as i can hear the voices of people talking from the room beside.

Pros:

It good manager is so friendly I recommend this manager should be promoted for future training. All the other managers and here's a role model. And you should be promoted for I had a management experience. I'm so humble.

Pros:

Everything was okay and clean, but you can tell the hotel isn't very new. I guess it could be bit cheaper.
I liked Easter gifts.
