The place is clean and nice staffs
Location has a lot of homeless people. I don’t feel safe walking outside the neighborhood.

The lobby had a cozy fireplace and cafe which had excellent espresso and matcha. The rooftop was really private and cool. It was close enough for us to walk to Moda Center to see the Trailblazers! Secure parking was close and a very good value as a guest of the hotel.
I would stay here over and over I love this place. It’s got a very cozy lounge and delicious food and drink drinks.
The only complaint I have is my room is always really cold. You should always have heater and never should be running out of them. Each room should have a heater. Other than that, it’s a great place.
Cute, quaint, and has its own unique trendy aesthetic. Not too much and not too little. Perfect!
Payment system needs some kinks worked out. I ended up having a dozen pending transactions on my account, and it has been taking a whole to see these reversed.
I thought the breakfast menu was great. I enjoyed meeting people from different countries, and visiting a little with them. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I really did not experience anything that I didn't like. It was a nice place to stay
Quite comfortable with friendly staff
I paid for a $50 security fee, which I was promised to be returned to me in a week or so. Yet, after a month, I have yet to get my money back!
The room was a bit cold and I was surprised that there wasn't a thermostat.
The lobby looked very nice.
The location was riddled with homeless, there was no parking on site as the website said but three blocks away, I was led to believe this was a hotel & not a hostel, and the girl at the front desk who was very unprofessional aesthetically didn't help resolve my issues at all.
Everything in the hotel was immaculately clean; the room, the bathroom, lobby, hallways, elevator, everything! The coffee shop in the lobby made some delicious brews and the rooftop lounge was an absolutely perfect place to enjoy said coffee and read a book.
The shared bathroom was less than ideal but was located right across the hall from our room and was kept very clean.
Loved the hotel, small but clean rooms, lobby was beautiful and the cafe was very handy, we ate breakfast there both mornings we stayed. We were able to walk to trains to get around the city.
Parking was a little inconvenient, and the area does have a lot of unhoused people around. It didn’t feel unsafe though. A luggage stand or something would have been nice.
