Pretty much everything! Everyone is so friendly and super helpful plus the rooms were excellent. Loved it for my short stay and appreciate the vibe!

The atmosphere, the staff, the food, the coffee, the view from the roof.
I don’t have negative except no gratis token memento souvenirs to have.
The location in relation to the riverbank.
The elevator was kinda slow but not much else.
The Society Hotel is right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of many Portland favs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price for a private room with a shared bathroom was perfect for our budget. The building is gorgeous, historic, and cozy with a rad rooftop for viewing the sunset!
Wanted to visit both the Portland Japanese Garden & Chinese Garden that’s 1 block from the Society Hotel. The S.H. staff were SO accommodating! Last time I stayed there was in 2018 and this current stay was just as wonderful.

Bon rapport qualité prix, le rooftop, le personnel est très sympa et accommodant
Emplacement
The cafe on the ground floor is nice. Good way to get good coffee.
The rooms are the most basic rooms you could possibly imagine. Just a bed and a sink and nothing else. Basically 0 floor space. They smell a bit weird. But you’re literally just paying for the bed. And you have to share a bathroom with 7 other rooms.
Very clean, very comfortable and intelligently designed
The surrounding area of Portland was surprisingly smelly and dirty. The hotel at South, however was fantastic.
