Holiday House Palm Springs

As a returning guest we had a wonderful stay at Holiday House! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Juan and Felipe were both outstanding—friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Every staff member exceeded our expectations, amazing level of service.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches during the hot Palm Springs weather, like the refreshing cold towels and the delicious Strawberry Dirty Shirley (put this on the menu!) served by the pool. Those little extras made lounging poolside even more enjoyable.
We stayed in the Big Room, and it was fantastic. It was incredibly spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a relaxing living area, and a beautiful bathroom stocked with high-quality toiletries. The room was stylish, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind.
We are already planning our next visit and highly recommend Holiday House Palm Springs to anyone looking for a relaxing boutique hotel with exceptional service.

This is the only place we stay when we come to Palm Springs! It truly allows you to mentally check out and rest. They have everything you need (toiletries, sunscreen etc) and you are walking distance to everything. The beds are insanely comfortable and the staff is always so so nice. Highly reccomend.

This was our second stay at Holiday House and everything was just perfect. The team couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming, the facilities are so cool and comfortable, the breakfast was yummy and the art/books/games/bikes and common areas are fantastic. Can't wait to return!

An absolutely beautiful place, we only stayed 2 nights but the stay was lovely. All staff are so so friendly. Complimentary welcome drinks on arrival, little fruit sticks around the pool are such a nice touch 🥰 the room itself was beautiful, having no TV’s in the rooms is a great idea to just shut off from the outside world and to relax. Continental breakfast was also really nice 😊 the place is just stunning & I would definitely love to come back in the future! Thank you for a lovely stay 🥰

No notes! I’ve been to Palm Springs multiple times and this was hands down the best experience we’ve had! All of the staff was engaging and fun and attentive. Great food, great pool, clean spaces, perfect downtown location and on and on! Felipe was our fav!!! Will definitely be back!

We had a really good experience! The entire staff was really nice and friendly. All the guests were also warm and welcoming. We also enjoyed the food and the pool on the property. It's not a big place but they really go out of their way to make it so you don't have to leave. Location is great too...very walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants.

This was an ideal location with incredible staff and service. We were made to feel welcome, valued, and special. We raved about the view from our room, the poolside bliss, the cabanas, the amazing breakfast, the lovely soaking tub, great snacks and drinks. We were completely relaxed amongst our busy schedules and felt welcome were just transported. I highly highly recommend this hotel and any of the other locations affiliated with them. They do not phone it in. It's 100!

This is a special place for us - truly an Oasis!! We come out to Palm Springs frequently but Memorial Weekend is a tradition that we all love. We have stayed at Holiday House many times before. This was definitely one of the best times. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with a smile and quick to resolve any request. Felipe, the new manager, completely elevated the experience and made the entire stay feel warm, hospitable, and genuinely special — you can tell he really cares about the guest experience. Juan and Jason were also incredible and went above and beyond all weekend. The personal touches the three gentlemen provided really made us all feel welcomed and like we were at home! The fun treats throughout the day were not just refreshing but a great touch!!

The Memorial Weekend BBQ was awesome — great food, lively atmosphere, and well organized, making the holiday feel extra memorable. The location is excellent, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable rooms and attentive service. Highly recommended, dog friendly, and Adults Only!!!

Everyone and everything at Holiday House was excellent. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and decorated with such panache. It was lovely to lounge by the pool with the delicious food and wonderful service. The Pantry was absolutely excellent. We ate there twice, it was so good. Located central to downtown Palm Springs, you could walk to most anything you’d want to see. But mostly, I want to talk about Juan, Filipe, and the whole team. I often travel with my 90 year old mom, and for some reason it seems that people put us at the crummiest table in an empty restaurant or a noisy hotel room. Holiday House was the opposite. They took such sweet care of my mom. Laughing with her, and really sparkling her days. They were warm, friendly, and always had a fun idea. They made a special trip so much more special.

We just stayed at Holiday House again for our annual Memorial Day weekend friends trip to Palm Springs, and somehow this stay was our best one yet. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and it continues to be one of our absolute favorite hotels in Palm Springs. The location is perfect, the food is consistently amazing, and the entire property has that effortlessly cool, laid-back Palm Springs vibe that people try to recreate but rarely pull off this well.
The hotel itself is intimate with only 24 rooms, which makes it feel peaceful, personal, and never overcrowded. We love all the thoughtful touches . The ice cream cart, the honest bar, the beautiful green outdoor spaces, the complimentary breakfast every morning in the lobby, and the fact that it’s dog friendly. And honestly? No TVs in the rooms is part of the charm. It forces you to actually unplug, relax, and enjoy where you are.

One of the highlights was the Memorial Day BBQ they organized for guests. Such a thoughtful touch that made the weekend feel even more fun and communal. And I’m still thinking about the corn on the cob with chimichurri...legitimately next level. They were also bringing around fresh fruit trays by the pool during the day, which was such a nice extra touch in the heat.
Holiday House somehow manages to feel both stylish and completely unpretentious at the same time, which is rare. New management is absolutely killing it, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

I’m delighted to write this review. Once again, Holiday House exceeds our expectations. Walking into the reception area is like entering a magical retreat. The immediate acknowledgment of the staff is warm and inviting. The decor is gorgeous, charming, inviting and comfortable. Our room was upgraded thanks to the lovely Jason and we were enchanted with the location. Seriously, the beds here have some mystical power to make your sleep sound and refreshing. Everything you could need is there. The grounds are immaculate and as a retired hotel manager, I’m beyond impressed with the staff being so attentive. We felt like family being here. Food is outstanding and pool side service makes the stay even better. The ice cream cart-such a whimsical treat and the various sitting areas are both intimate and comfortable. The management team here is top notch and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

Holiday House was a treat. Lots of attention to detail, relaxing grounds and rooms, and convenient location. Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again if I was in the area.

This is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is efficient and friendly, rooms are ample and well appointed. Amenities including pool is off the charts.

The basics of hospitality are attentiveness, positive (or at least neutral energy) guest experience, anticipating needs. None of these were met at even a low level. It felt like the woman running the establishment was pissed off that guests were staying at her hotel. She wasn’t pleasant to speak with, gave off an unnecessary attitude with just ebony every question asked (which included a tooth suck eye role and heavy exhale). There was also no ownership if something felt off. I witnessed her speak to myself and other guests as if we did something wrong. The reality is, if your guest has an issue your job is to listen, understand and respond in a way that makes them feel supported, whether you agree with it or not. Low water isn’t something to fuss about, your wait staff not being attentive and surveying the pool is not a guests fault. You not having a clear instruction on your EV policy is not a guests fault and if both spots are taken by non EV vehicles, it probably makes sense to sort that for the guests who ARE driving EV. They were just honestly lazy. Please at least greet people with a smile, get rid of the attitude, anticipate stuff a little better and take care of your bikes.

My trip at HH was great. I really enjoy my room . The location of the property puts you close to everything downtown. The staff was great. Very helpful. Very kind. The breakfast was great. Really my only con would be the bed and pillows were too soft but that is subjective. This is a great place to stay. I’ll be back.
