Free/available parking
Breakfast generally good
Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
9
Multiple guests commented rooms were clean and tidy ("sauber", "clean"), overall positive cleanliness impressions despite one reported expired yogurt incident at breakfast.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating at check-in; several reviews explicitly praise reception and personnel.
Location
9.5
Very frequently noted as central and conveniently located (close to city centre, Autostadt, outlets, walking distance to shops and restaurants).
Room Quality
7
Mixed comments: some rooms described as small, thin walls/noise from neighbors, worn fittings (curtains), blurry TV and defective safe; general cleanliness good but room condition is dated.
Amenities
7.5
Positive points include free parking; negatives include no elevator (multiple mentions), small/leaking shower box and some broken items (safe, TV), so amenities are basic and partly dated.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed sentiment: several guests said price/performance was acceptable, others felt rooms were small for the price or had billing issues (pre-authorization vs. final charge), giving an overall modest value rating.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast is repeatedly described as good/okay; a single negative incident noted (expired yogurt), but overall breakfast receives positive mentions across reviews.
Overall Experience
9
Most guests report a positive stay and willingness to return ("gerne wieder", "would come again"); overall experience is favorable despite some dated rooms and minor issues.

Zentral gelegenes Stadthotel mit Parkplatz
Pros:
