Cons:

As toalhas, estão bem surradinhas de uso, estavam limpinhas e cheirosas, mas bem usadas.
E poderiam dar atenção quanto a tomadas no quarto. Tivemos que usar a tomada da TV para carregar o celular. Enquanto meu esposo usou a Powerbank para carregar o celular dele. Depois carreguei a Powerbank para usarmos na viagem, poderiam pelo menos ter 2 tomadas a mais no quarto para não precisar desligar a TV.

Pros:

Ótimo Hotel no contorno de Campo Grande. Para quem esta de passagem o local é perfeito. Hotel com excelente acomodação, quarto confortável, limpo, ótimo banho.
O diferencial é que possui restaurante para jantar.
O café da manhã é maravilhoso.
Recomento.

Confortável, silencioso e com um café da manhã delicioso.

Cons:

A falta de comunicação entre a equipe, fui cobrada pela taxa pet, sendo que já havia pago na noite que cheguei. Mesmo dizendo q tinha pago, a recepcionista da manhã insistiu em dizer q o booking não cobra a taxa, ela é paga diretamente ao hotel e eu disse sim eu sei e mostrei o comprovante q paguei ao hotel. Aí ela foi conferir ainda se realmente estava pago. Isso me deixou desconfortável!
