Pros:

Booked Atana, although district 12 and out of the main area of Saigon, it was the most suitable for our trip. Booked a family room, however, a tight squeeze for 3 to move about past each other and the beds. I think an extra bed was put in a double room.
Bathroom/wet room of an ok size.
Reasonably clean room all told.
Staff friendly during conversation.
Lots of eating places, shops and a big supermarket around the area.
Nothing else much to say, basic and did it's job.

Would not recommend this hotel !
Pros:

The staffs should be well trained. They are really rude when forcing me upon paying while I am staying in their hotel. It is not fair at all because they already kept my Identified Card to guarantee about the room charge. I tried to pay by my credit card but they said that their POS credit card machine is unable to charge ? What the hell is going on with this hotel ? Unbelievable ! I awfully feel ashamed and afraid with their behavior ! Would definitely stay here again !

Inexperienced staff, free parking for motorbikes
Pros:

Arrived at 11pm to check in and reservation was not found. Finally got a room and no towels or toilet paper. There was no daily cleaning services. Also, to clarify, the free parking included on advertisement is for motorbikes, motorpeds, bikes only and not cars. Front staff is experienced and construction next door made it hard to rest. Everything echos in the hotel. Got bitten by mosquitoes and other bugs in the room while sleeping, so bring your own net if you do stay here. Sheets and pillows were cleaned. Staff only speaks Vietnamese. Caution, hotel also rents out rooms by the hour.

Pros:

Decent hotel at a decent price, but beware; staff tried to make me pay for the room and they would not understand that I already booked on Orbitz (no English speakers). Took a long time for them to finally just give up....not even sure they understood i already paid.
