Mijn vrouw en ik hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het hotel ziet er zowel vanbuiten als vanbinnen fantastisch uit. Tijdens ons verblijf voelde het hotel als een nieuw thuis voor ons.

De kamers werden dagelijks schoongemaakt en de receptie stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen en sprak Engels.

Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was prachtig; we konden 's nachts uitkijken over de snelweg en de stad Istanbul.

Het ontbijt bood veel keuze en het eten was heerlijk. Het zwembad had een aangename temperatuur en de jacuzzi was goed verwarmd. Er waren veel extra's, zoals een kapper en de mogelijkheid om je kleding te laten wassen.

Omdat we een huurauto hadden, konden we ons gemakkelijk verplaatsen, maar anders waren er altijd taxi's beschikbaar. We hebben tijdens ons verblijf altijd een parkeerplaats kunnen vinden en het was gemakkelijk om ons te verplaatsen, omdat het hotel vlakbij de snelweg ligt.

De medewerker van de gastenservice, Isci, heeft ons uitstekend geholpen om ons verblijf in Elite Grand World Basin Ekspres zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken en ervoor te zorgen dat we tevreden waren.

We zouden deze plek aan iedereen die deze recensie leest, en ook aan iedereen die ons om aanbevelingen in Istanbul vraagt, van harte aanbevelen. We zullen deze optie zeker in gedachten houden voor een volgend bezoek aan Istanbul.

Dear Elite Grand World Basin Ekspres,
Me and my wife have enjoyed our stay very well. The hotel looks amazing from the outside as well from the inside. During our stay the hotel changed to feel like a new home to us.
The rooms were cleaned daily and in case of any questions the reception was always ready to help us and communicate in English.
The view from our room to the outside was beautifull we could look over the highway and over the city of Istanbul over the night.
The breakfast has a lot of options and the food was tasty. The swimming pool has a good temperature and the jaccuzi was well heated. They had alot of extras like a hairdresser and options to wash the clothes.
As we had a rental car we were able to travel easy from location to location but in any other case there would be taxis available at all the time. At this location we have always found a parking during our stay and it was easy to move around as it was connected close to the highway.
The guest relations employee named Isci helped us very well to make ur stay more valuable and keep us satisfied with our stay at Elite Grand World Basin Ekspres.
We would recommend this place to anyone reading this review as well as anyone asking us any recommendations in Istanboel. We will definitely keep this option in mind for a next time we will be in Istanbul.

Hotel is so perfect , I wanna come again in the summer . Guest relations are so proffesionel, specially Inci, she write me before arrival, it’s really great by the way, There is a manager eray, he helps a lot , thanks all team!!!

İlk başta odamızla ilgili bir sorun yaşadık ancak ekip çok hızlı şekilde yardımcı oldu ve çözüm odaklı davrandı. Destekleri için teşekkür ederim. Akşam yemeği ve ikramları da ayrıca çok nazikti. Konaklamamız boyunca her konuda destek oldular. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.


At first, we had an issue with our room, but the staff responded quickly and were very helpful and solution-oriented. Thank you for their support. The dinner and treats were also a very kind gesture. They assisted us with everything throughout our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.
