في هذه المرة لم تكن الاقامة مريحة والغرفة لا تساوي اسم فندق ايليت

حجزي لم يكن يشمل الافطار

Cons:

-الغرفة كانت سيئة من حيث ان الحمام صنبور المياه غير جيد نهائيا ضعف بخروج المياه والحنفية تتحرك ، ارضيات الحمام غير جيدة فيها فراغات بين البلاط. رقم الغرفة 910
-السجادة في الغرفة غير نظيفة ولا يتم تكنيسها يوميا خلال وجودي بالغرفة .
- الفرشة قديمة وهابطة بشكل غير مريح .
-الموظفين بخدمة الغرف بخلاء وغير لطفاء طلبت مياه زيادة في احدى الايام ورفض اعطائي ،و اكثر من مرة لا يضعوا اكواب الشاي والقهوة.
-قبل الوصول تم تغيير موعد الوصول ولكن لنفس الفترة يعني كان الحجز من 17 - 21 وتم تغيير من 18 - 22 لكن رفضوا تغيير الموعد ودفعت قيمة ليلة لغرفتين.
- اكثر من مرة يتم تعطل كرت الغرفة واضطر ان انزل للاستقبال لاعادة برمجتها .

Väga hea hotell. Hinna kvaliteedi suhe väga hea. Väga hea spaa. Saunad ja bassein. Hommikusöök väga maitsev. Eriti tahaks tänada Borat ja Ilaydat. Väga külalislahked. 🙂

Elite World Grand Istanbul Fabulous Place
Pros:

Beautiful large room and bathroom. Delicious food served in the Grill and awesome cocktails and drinks in the bar. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Busy hotel though really quiet at night and slept really well beds are huge!Definitely coming back here!

Cons:

Kettle was leaking in the room to start with but soon got changed. Cleaner took away cups and forgot to replace them or the tea and coffees!? Outside pool had no water in on our first day but was filled on the second would've been good to know this in advance as if the weather had been warmer this would have ruined our stay as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. As it happens, we took a taxi out so all good but Hotels should make customers aware of when pools are closed.

Pros:

Nettes Personal, besonders Frau Ilayda von der Guest Relations, Frau Şeyda beim Check In und Frau Melek beim Check out waren hilfsbereit und schnell. Restaurant war lecker auch da hat alles super geklappt. Komme gerne wieder.

Expect to be 30 minutes drive distance from the centre
Pros:
