Pros:

La struttura è meravigliosa, la SPA molto grande e compresa nel prezzo, piscina e tanta possibilità di mangiare a cena. La colazione pazzesca. La responsabile Ilayda u. è.stata bravissima nell'ascolto e nell'accoglienza. Ho trovato tutto perfetto e ogni volta che torno per business non posso farne a meno.

Cons:

Forse la non perfetta chiusura della finestra in camera che faceva passare un po di rumore del traffico, ma siamo in Istanbul ed é la normalità.

Cons:

I traveled to celebrate both my birthday and my son’s birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the beginning.

At check-in, the receptionist questioned my son as an extra adult, even though my reservation was for one adult and one child. My son is 15 years old but may look older. Thankfully, a supervisor stepped in and resolved the situation professionally, which I truly appreciated.

During our stay, despite traveling for a birthday celebration, we did not receive any birthday wishes, a card, or any small gesture to acknowledge the occasion.

At the restaurant, service was poorly timed. Our main dishes were served only two minutes after we received our starters, which meant that by the time we finished the starter, the main course was already cold. This happened throughout our meals.

The most disappointing experience was during check-out. Since we were leaving very early, we initially requested breakfast boxes. We were informed that breakfast starts at 05:00, which worked for us, especially as breakfast was included in our package. However, when we arrived at breakfast, the staff member almost denied us service and had to call reception to confirm that we were allowed to eat. This situation made me very uncomfortable and caused me to lose my appetite. I only stayed so that my son could have his breakfast.

Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied with the experience.

Good variety of breakfast, nice and fully equipped gym, nice sauna and spa.

Cons:

The moquette on the floor of the rooms is really terribile, its full of stains everywhere and completely not hygienic - especially for a 5 star hotel.. From the bathroom came a very bad smell of sewers. I called the reception to solve it, they sent someone to spray a perfume but this didnt solve the problem. Probably the drains were very old and needed replacement. Lastly, the hairdryer is "fixed" underneath the bathroom drawer. How do they think you can dry your hair? Bending down??? And it was connected to the electricity in a very dangerous manner. Not acceptable for a 5 star hotel, again.

Breakfast was good but you should provide take away containers to Alow those that go away early and have no time to sit and eat that they can carry their breakfast small containers. Would do
