L'hôtel est juste magnifique le cadre est très bien les chambres. Sont très agréables et les lits sont hyper confortables. Les chambres sont très grandes.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est mal desservi pour des transports en commun. Donc obligé de prendre tout le temps des taxis.

The staff were really friendly and tried to help as much as possible.
The room service and cleaning was really bad, nit everything is changed, floor was never cleaned for 3 days. The AC in the room had only hot option and was 26 which was very uncomfortable and very hot inside.

We werden goed geholpen door Zehra. Ze regelde dat onze airco het weer deed en ze was enorm vriendelijk. Wij hebben een zeer prettige ervaring gehad met haar en het hotel.

Rooms are so big and spacious and clean. staff are nice and I love the atmosphere of the hotel and the design makes me feel like I was staying in a castle!
Sometimes I would have to call for things like tissues or water multiple times before it was brought to me which was a bit annoying
