The staff were amazing, very helpful and excellent food.

Hotel hatte an dem Tag geschlossen und hat die Buchung mal eben so um einen Tag verschoben. Keinerlei Kontaktmöglichkeit, Telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Konnte nur über den Booking Service eine Anfrage der kostenlosen Stornierung stellen die dann zum Glück erfolgreich war.

Un hotel agradable con una atención fantástica
Pros:

La atención del personal, especialmente de Momo, muy competente y amable con los clientes. Transmite alegría. La comida muy rica y el cocinero fue cercano y agradable. La ubicación del hotel es perfecto en plena naturaleza y con unas vistas maravillosas. La habitación es acogedora y estaba todo muy limpio. Está muy cerca de la estación de Sierra Nevada, y a 30 Mtos de Monachil y Guejar Sierra pueblo.

Cons:

Únicamente la salida desde el aparcamiento más cercano a la puerta de entrada que está en una curva y la visibilidad es mala. Con el solar q tiene al lado se podría hacer un acceso al solar para salir desde ahí y evitar el peligro.

Herrliche Aussicht! Sehr ruhig.
Viele Ablageflächen.
Nebst dem Balkon gibt es eine sehr großzügige Terrasse, für alle.
Großer Parkplatz, teilweise überdacht. Gut und sicher für's Motorrad.
Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Das zugehörige Restaurant bietet gute Küche.

Cons:

Zimmer und Bad etwas klein, ist aber keine Kritik.

Pros:

Bel hôtel de montagne avec une très bonne literie et bon petit déjeuner complet.
Un peu fantôme à cette époque de l'année.
Le personnel que l'on a pu croiser était fort sympathique.

Бронировали номер с 3 отдельными кроватями, но сначала нас пытались поселить в 2-местный.
Несоответствие номеру: После замены дали номер с неудобной двухъярусной кроватью, что не соответствовало заказу.
В ванной комнате на швах плитки черная плесень. .

the price that includes the breakfast is fair
