Nefasta atención al cliente
Pros:

No es el Hotel. Es el personal, que pasan de ti olímpicamente.

Cons:

Llevamos más de un mes detrás del hotel pidiendo una factura de empresa, es increïble que ni te atiendan, es imposible que te envien una factura, o es que no emiten facturas o es que no tienen personal que gestiones estas peticiones, no se entiende, ya lo hemos dado por perdido, no vamos a preder más tiempo con ellos.

Cons:

First of all-it was impossible to sleep because you constantly hear an elevator and water from other rooms. This is main impression since I had a headache because of this. Uncomfortable mattresses. And please add some vegetables for breakfast.

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество, мы бы вернулись сюда еще раз.
Pros:

Отличное местоположение среди гор, близко к городе, 15 минут от курорта, достаточно хороший завтрак, уборка каждый день в номере, тепло, работали батареи, вода горячая работала без перебоя. Мы заселились в час ночи, нам оставили ключи на ресепшен, что было приятно.

Cons:

Не хватило овощей на завтрак, мыло в номере было похоже на хозяйственное, лучше заменить его на что-то более приятное. В соседнем номере люди курили.
