Un séjour d'une grande classe

Le personnel est d'un professionnalisme exemplaire : souriant, ils font leur possible pour satisfaire leurs clients que cela soit à l'accueil, au restaurant ou au bar. Comme souvent dans les grandes villes vietnamiennes, l'humidité est souvent un souci dans les chambres d'hôtels. Ce fût le cas dans notre chambre dans cet hôtel. Mon compagnon supportait très mal l'humidité, nous a avons demandé un changement de chambres. Nous seulement, ils ont pu nous garantir une nouvelle chambre, mais ils ont fait leur possible pour limiter l'humidité éventuelle dans cette nouvelle chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux, varié et très bon. Les chambres sont très confortables et belles. Que dire de l'emplacement : il est idéal près de tout!

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi en extérieur. Les installations étaient un peu vieillissante et les gens de l'hôtel voisin avait une vue directe sur notre balcon. Peut-être pourrait-on trouver une solution pour cacher au moins la partie jacuzzi... C'est un détail vraiment, car le Myst Dong Khoi est un hôtel vraiment exceptionnel par ailleurs !

Quirky, Smart, Unexpected Surprises
Pros:

The design of the property was beautiful. It was quirky, referencing to Ho Chi Minh city, little touches made the space special. Unexpected extras really made the property exceptional. Like complementary afternoon tea, after check, whilst we waited for our flight we could still use the facilities including the pool and showers. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, with a thoughtful menu.
