Pros:

Gute Lage und einzelne Angestellte waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Meine Frau und ich hatten uns vor mehreren Jahren in dem Hotel kennengelernt. Leider ist das Haus mittlerweile sehr heruntergekommen. Die Zimmer riechen modrig und wurden offenbar seit längeren nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt. Eine grundlegende Renovation wäre dringend nötig! Zudem grenzen viele Balkone direkt an das gegenüberliegende Gebäude, so das man weder Aussicht noch wirklich Tageslicht hat. Wir haben dann ein Upgrade in eine sogenannte "Suite" gemacht. Sie roch zwar ebenfalls, hatte aber wenigstens etwas Aussicht. Letztlich ist es das Hotel mit dem mit grossem Abstand schlechtesten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das wir in den letzten Jahren besucht haben. Im District 1 gibt es renommierte 5-Sterne Häuser, die günstiger und deutlich besser sind. Nachdem meine Frau und ich erwähnt hatten, dass wir uns hier kennengelernt haben, wäre auch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses schön gewesen. Es hätte ja nichts teueres sein müssen, aber eine kleine Geste wie eine Blume oder ein Grusswort hätte von echter Gastfreundschaft gezeugt. So war es für uns definitiv das letzte Mal, das wir hier gebucht haben.

Pros:

お部屋のインテリアがシックでとても素敵でした。ルーフトップのプールもリラックスできました。スタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。

Cons:

バルコニーにジャグジーがあるお部屋でしたが、隣の建物からは丸見えなので水着があって良かったです。もう少し見えない工夫があると嬉しいです。

The sweetest ending to our Vietnam honeymoon
Pros:

We stayed at The Myst Dong Khoi for the last part of our honeymoon trip in Vietnam and it was such a beautiful way to end our holiday.
The team really made us feel special from the moment we arrived. We were surprised with a beautiful bouquet of roses, swan towel decoration with rose petals, a honeymoon cake, fresh fruit platter and a handwritten note prepared for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture and definitely something we will remember.

What we loved the most was the hospitality from the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and always willing to assist us whenever we needed anything. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel itself was beautiful with its unique design, greenery and cozy atmosphere. Everything about our stay felt warm and personal. Thank you The Myst Dong Khoi for making the last chapter of our honeymoon even more special 🤍

Cons:

Honestly, nothing. We enjoyed everything about our stay, from the thoughtful surprises to the amazing hospitality. We only wished we could have stayed longer.
