Previously a fan of this hotel but not so much after this visit
Pros:

We booked the Saigon Balcony Double Room as we had stayed in these rooms previously and liked them. Upon arrival we were offered an ‘upgrade’ to a corner room but declined as we liked the location of the rooms from previous visits knowing that they are shaded and the balconies (with outdoor spas) have privacy at the side of the building.

Cons:

We wish there had been full transparency regarding the location of our room (Room 1104) for this visit, as it was located directly underneath the dining room and kitchen areas. The noise from above was constant, with furniture being dragged etc. as they set up for breakfast early at around 5am, have an afternoon tea and then open again as a dining room in the evenings with the clean up not ending until midnight.
On the small occasion (very late in the evening) where we thought we would get some respite from the noise, a floor polisher was activated and went on for about an hour. If we had known the above was going to occur of course we would have chosen a different room but having never stayed on this floor before we could not believe the noise level being transferred to the rooms below.
When we checked out we were asked about our stay and we mentioned how noisy it was and this was met with a shrug, almost like he had heard it all before!
Definitely was not worth the money we paid and unfortunately - after many stays - that will be our last time staying here.

Excellent séjour en plein centre de Saigon
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est central et permet de visiter la majeure partie des sites à pied. Le personnel était accueillant et disponible.

Cons:

La variété du petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre de ce type d'hôtel.

Pros:

Uns hat es extrem gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön, das Personal super nett und professionell, der Pool super schön, das Frühstück sehr gut und die Lage optimal. Es war wirklich der krönenden Abschluss unserer Vietnam-Reise.
