ブンタウから、ファンティエット行きたいと伝えると、次の日のバスをすぐに予約してくれ、ベトナム語を話せないことを心配し、翌日バスステーションまで送迎してくれた。人情味あふれるいいホテル。

Good Location

YouTuberが泊まっているのを見て予約しましたが、対応もサービスも非常によかったです。

Very clean and helpful staff. For the price the quality of everything was great. Would happily come here again one day. The hotel is also walking distance to a local supermarket in a decent size shopping mall with other fast food and entertainment options.

Friendly Staff, very clean.
Breakfast is stilled cold i.e sausages and bacon. Some baked beans and fried tomatoes would be a nice addition for western breakfast.

Hotel was a good value for the money. Service needs improving. Location is convenient next to the mall, but if you don't have a motorbike, it's not walkable from the beach, restaurants and entertainment.

On check-in they could not find our hotels.com reservation. We waited for a while, they asked us if we would pay direct if they could not find it, I said no because it's hassle to cancel with hotels.com, they eventually found the reservation.

The room was good size and comfortable bed. The downside was the stinky bathroom. It smelled like a sewer, which crept into the room. It was worse after a shower, so perhaps something to do with the water coming up. It was manageable, but smelled.

Stayed 3 nights. First day we came back late at night and room was not cleaned. We had to go to front desk and ask to them to clean room. The following day we came back around 6:30pm and the room was again not cleaned. Had to go back to front desk and ask them to clean the room. Two days in a row no proactive clean.

Breakfast was ok. On weekend there was buffet, but on Monday there was nothing, you just ordered off a menu when arrived at 9:15am. Weird, but I guess not many guests on Monday compared with weekend so they don't make food buffet?! Also first morning my GF showed up a few minutes after 9:30am and lady at front desk ran to tell her she cannot go to breakfast b/c it's too late. I was in there eating and there was still people going to the buffet at this time. It's okay hotel.

The hotel was very nice the staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The hotel was located about a half a mile or so from the beach walkable. The hotel was on one of the exits of a large circle with a large landmark monument, the local shopping center was on an exit of the circle also. There were several food places and a massage place close by. Very nice place great staff.

The confirmation indicated my room with city view and my room have no view . The view is the other house bathroom.
I was concern and point out my booking reservation and the reception lady tell me that she don’t have anymore room available and she also said my reservation is not refundable.

Great value hotel in good location in Vung Tau (close to Vung Tau airport/heliport).

Wow! What a great hotel. really nice room. Bed was just like home, really comfortable. Bathroom and shower first class. Only complaint is the bathroom mirror is made for people 3' to 5'5" and I am 6'4" . So made shaving a bit of work. LOL They are very smart to put the small fridge in a cabinet. Why? Because then you don't hear it cycling on and off all night like our room in Saigon. on Friday, Sat, Sun was outstanding and the regular menu is also good. Their buffet breakfast on Friday, Sat, Sun was excellent and their regular menu is also fine. Good WiFi and TV and air conditioning. Great hotel. A little far from the beaten track but taxis are cheap there.

Just 1 thing that make me unsatisfied: there is no razor. I have to buy 1 at nearby store.

We stayed at the Phoenix Vung Tau for 1 night in August 2017. It was about a 10min walk to Back Beach. The Lotte shopping complex is right next door with plenty of aircon shopping and food mall and large supermarket. The Phoenix Hotel in right on the big roundabout near the Pullman Hotel. We found the Phoenix to be a very modern, clean and comfortable hotel, it actually looks brand new. The staff were friendly, easy to get along and spoke a little English. The room was large and roomy with good aircon, free wifi and a large window. The only problem we had was the small fridge in the room never good that cold. The bathroom was ultra modern it had no bath but a large and spacious shower. The highlight every day was the breakfast, served in the very modern and bright dining area, it was hard to fault with a good cross section of buffet food or cooked to order. Also a nice selection of fruits, breads and juices. We would have no hesitation in staying here again and will highly recommend it to our friends. Many thanks to the Phoenix Hotel for making our stay in Vung Tau that more pleasant and enjoyable.
