Jedes Jahr geniessen wir 2 Nächte im wunderbar gelegenen Chetzeron. Die Angestellten sind ausgesprochen freundlich und das Ambiente ist einzigartig.

A really spectacular hotel sitting high over Crans-Montana. Beautifully done with sensational attention to detail in all the finishes and design. Breathtaking foyer / bar area, outside deck and rooms are large, and really well equipped. The service is world class, and the whole experience is just fantastic. Will go again - both in winter and summer - spectacular!

tres belle hôtel. super séjour dans un hôtel design et dans un décor fabuleux. Seul bémol, la température de la piscine, trop froide pour être agréable.

Cet hôtel propose une expérience unique perdue aux milieux des pistes. Un des plus beaux hôtels que j’ai eu l’occasion de faire mais surtout un des plus beaux moments de ma vie ! Merci bcp

Grandioses Hotel an einzigartiger Lage, top Aussicht, leckeres Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage im Chetzeron Design Hotel. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer...einfach nur atemberaubend. Das Personal im Hotel ist super Nett und kümmert sich um alle Belange. Den einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt den wir haben, das Personal an der Seilbahn ist absolut unfreundlich und könnte mal eine wie behandle ich Kundenschulung bekommen.

Super zen with amazing view

Magnifique!

Ein ausserordentlich gut durchdachtes Design, das sich durch die ganze Architektur und die Einrichtung zieht. Es wurde an alles gedacht.
Als Jammern auf hohem Niveau könnte ich anfügen, dass im SPA Bereich ein Ruheraum fehlt, und das Hamamm eine Duftnote (ein Alpenkraut vielleicht) verdient hätte.
Aber sonst wirklich ein rundum gelungener Ausflug, abgerundet mit einem sehr feinen Abendessen mit lokalen Produkten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Week end en famille (3 enfants). deux chambre que l'on nous a proposé cote à cote.
Dès la réservation l'hôtel a téléphoné pour nous proposer de venir nous cherche a la station a notre arrivée.
Piscine sur le toit avec bulle en dessous sauna et Hammam.
Le restaurant est excellent avec une belle carte de vins, le service est agréable.

Leider wurden wir nicht ganz so behandelt wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Das Personal war nicht sehr zuvorkommend. Leider wurden wir auch nicht gefragt, ob wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden waren. Auch der Transfer mit der Gondel und den Zeiten mussten wir vom Personal entlocken. Auch da keine gute Information. Das Essen war aber ausgezeichnet. Ein Gaumenschmaus.

Amazing modern boutique hotel in the mountain. You access directly via ski (the hotels pick up your language at the departure) You can watch the sunset over the Alps from the outdoor jacuzzi. Amazing !!!
Breakfast is delicious, don’t miss the pancakes.
Rooms are simple with amazing view on the slopes / mountains.
If you like the mountain and modern architecture...you cannot miss this place !

The hotel includes adventure. If you are up for going to a hotel 2000m in the mountains and falling in love with the interior, design, and views then go for it. The staff treat you like a president they go the extra mile to make you feel the best that you can. Everything is high class prefect quality, from food, shampoo, orange juice (hahah), etc... The pool sauna are experienced you would want to have in your life. This hotel has become my number 1. Huge thanks to Ramin!!!

A very pleasant surprise in a unique location. A the top of the mountain with incredible views.
There is no direct access via automobile. You must be picked up by hotel staff or take the gondola to reach the property, but it is well worth it. Incredible 360 views of the mountains all around and down to the picturesque town below. The room design is simple clean and with attention to every detail.
