Moeilijk te zeggen na 1 overnachting.

Cons:

Ondanks dat er twee mensen achter de balie stonden, het was niet druk aan de balie, wij waren de enigste op dat moment om in te schrijven, en melden , ontbijt moet er nog even bij geboekt worden, ook gelijk werd het geld van onze rekening geschreven, en toch de volgende ochtend stonden we niet op de lijst voor het ontbijt.

Heerlijk comfortabel hotel!
Pros:

De sfeer in het hotel is warm en luxe. Het personeel was super vriendelijk, zowel bij de receptie, de lobby en het restaurant. De locatie was perfect, je bent zo bij de NDSM werf waar je goedkoop kunt parkeren en daarna de veerboot nemen naar het centrum. De douche was heerlijk, het water was in het bad en in de douche gelijk warm.

Cons:

Het eten in het restaurant en de servicekosten voor de roomservice.

Pros:

La propreté, la déco de la chambre et de l'hôtel, le personnel sympa.

Cons:

Il manque une sortie de bain ainsi que des petites pantoufles pour se rendre à la piscine, un vrai cendrier sur le balcon pour posée sa cigarette serait plus agréable. Le petit déjeuner était décevant, nous n'avons pas trouvé de chocolats chaud ( cacao en poudre disponible mais pas de lait chaud ) ,pas de petits pains au chocolat non plus ) .
La vue du balcon sur un zonning industrielle, on a vu mieux .

Notre séjour etait bien
Pros:

L’ensemble étais bien

Cons:

La lenteur du personnel au bar.
Après 15/minute d’attente j’ai du prendre la carte des boissons moi même.
Pour prendre un deuxième verre il à fallu être très patient.
Nous avons pris la décision d’allez boire les vers suivant dans un café en extérieur.je n’ai rien à dire sur la politesse ni l’humeur du personnel juste lent
