We really enjoyed our stay—great breakfast, lovely staff, and a cozy atmosphere, despite a few small issues i’d recommen

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. The staff were extremely kind and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The bar had a very cozy and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, just like the restaurant. I also appreciated the snack bar, which offered good options throughout the day.

Cons:

The room cleaning service could be improved. Housekeeping felt a bit rushed, and the room was not cleaned thoroughly, as some areas and corners were missed. For a 4-star hotel, the standard did not fully meet expectations. Additionally, the room felt somewhat small considering the price.

What use is an hotel if the bed was horrible!
Pros:

Breakfast, steam bath, swimming pool, free parking,

Cons:

The quality of the bed was horrible. I had to make an extra matras from the pillows, because i got back pain from the bed.My partner had the same issue.i have a healthy back so this was very unexpected.
The night was pure hell
,i considered sleeping in the lounge.
I wished i drove back home.

Doors are not soundproof, you could hear the people in the hall talking.

The cassino all digital and mostly slots machines.

Een fijn comfortabel hotel als je daar in de buurt moet zijn.
Pros:

Het was een mooi ruim hotel met een heerlijk zwembad en sauna. Praktisch direct naast de snelweg en gratis parkeren. Vriendelijke mensen.

Cons:

Het zou fijn zijn om handdoekrails te hebben ipv knoppen. Drogen de handdoeken beter en dus worden ze eerder herbruikt. Wij prefereren wel een douchedeur, zodat niet alles nat wordt. We misten een broodrooster bij het ontbijt, verder was het ontbijt top.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner et la piscine.

Cons:

L'emplacement, le personnel un peu trop malveillant, remarque déplacé, problème avec la chambre niveau propreté et pour un grand lit, il n'y avait pas de grande couette.

Comfortabel bed maar daar blijft het ook bij

Het bed was comfortabel. Ik heb een upgrade gekregen ter compensatie van het laat kunnen inchecken

Ik kon pas om half 4 in de kamer. toen ik in de kamer aan kwam zat de versiering van de eerdere gasten nog aan de muur. De badkamer was vies

Pros:

Der Wellnesbereich war toll. Fitnessstudio, Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad... nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt konnte man hier super entspannen. Auch das Bett war wirklich bequem, ich habe hier wirklich gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Das Klo war ein extra Raum, das Waschbecken war in einem separaten Raum nebenan mit der Dusche. Etwas seltsame Aufteilung, aber war ok.
Leider gibt es den Shuttle Service zur Fähre nur am Wochenende.
