Best hotel for the price. This is our go to hotel for car shows
Pros:

Right next to venue. Staff is always amazing.

Cons:

Need to have ice machine on each floor. Had to go all the way down to the pool outside to get ice.

Pros:

The hotel carpet and an upholstery on the chairs were so filthy that they had a layer of scum on them. There were cars that wentby in the parking lot play the music so loud that the windows rattle. The breakfast was subpar. The only thing it has going for is it’s close to Silver Spurs Arena.

The location was great, as we were attending an event at Silver Spurs arena and it was just under a mile away.

Cons:

The address on booking.com takes you to a hotel several miles away, not even associated with this one. When we finally found this location, we tried to check in just 30 minutes early and they would not let us. Not a big deal just a little frustrating because I requested that when I booked and most places will allow that. I booked the room because it was convenient to where we were going and they were pet friendly. What it doesn't tell you on booking.com is that it is $75 per pet. I understand a pet deposit but for the quality of this hotel, that is a bit extreme. It cost more than a single night stay to have 2 dogs in the room overnight. I understand a ln extra cleaning fee for dog hair, and signing a waiver to be responsible for any damages, but that was just ridiculous. Plus, they charge a $100 deposit for damages for people, which is refundable, but the pet charge was not. I have stayed at 4 star hotels that charge less than that for pets to stay. It was supposed to be an affordable overnight stay to avoid driving home tired late at night and it cost over $300 up front. The room was humid and smelled as if it used to allow smoking in the rooms. It appeared clean, but had a smell that was set into the walls. The staff wasn't rude, but they also were very friendly or welcoming.

Upon arriving at the hotel on Saturday, February 21, 2026, the receptionist gave us our room. When we opened the door, we had to run out. The smell was awful; it smelled like cat urine everywhere, inside and outside the room. We complained at reception, and they showed us another room, which was filthy. There were stains on the carpet, the chair inside the room was dirty and faded, and the carpet in the hallway leading to the room was covered in dirt and stains. It was disgusting to be there, so we decided we didn't want to stay and that we would look for another hotel that was clean. They told us the room was non-refundable. We called Booking.com, and they told us that if the hotel didn't want to refund our money, then they couldn't. So the hotel kept our money. They are thieves and scammers.
