Our Rooftop heated swimming pool is open and available for hotel guest from 8am until 6 pm.
Eforea Spa & Health club is open every day for massages and treatments prior to reservation. Spa area, including sauna and indoor pool has a supplement of €39 per person per 1,5 hours.
Also, kids can access the wellness center until 12 pm (free entry up to 14 years old only). Opening hours: every day 9 am – 9 pm. The gym is free of charge and it is open 24/7.
Pets up to 20 kilograms (medium size) are welcome to the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the fitness center, pool area, food & beverage outlets. Contact us for more info.

Restaurantul terasă care e la ultimul etaj
Am ales camera cu vedere la Lac , dar de la etajul 4 se vede foarte puțin lacul, doar de la etajul 5 e mai bine, țineți cont de acest fapt
Am încercat sa schimb de la 4 la 5, dar nu a fost posibil decât pentru o noapte, desi cerusem acest lucru in scris de cand am facut rezervarea
Deci nu merita sa alegeți acest tip de cameră daca nu stați la etajul 5, nu merita banii
Personalul din prima zi a fost mai politicos, apoi in ziua următoare când am cerut o compensație pentru aceasta nemulțumire, nu au mai fost asa amabili , dar mi-au dat 10% inapoi / noapte......greu si nemulțumiți si ei de acesta situatie
E cam departe de Ferry Boat si Old Town, comparativ cu Hotel Palace, de exemplu
Intr-o zi când eram grăbită si nu găseam taxi , am mers cu mașina hotelului pentru 25euro, deci cam triplu ca sumă......fata de taxi
Exista un Spa dar nu e gratuit, e 38 euro / persoana

I've been staying at Hilton Lake Como for years, and every visit reminds me why I keep returning. Even though I tell myself I should explore other parts of Italy, I always find myself back at Lake Como—and this hotel is a big reason why.
From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every employee I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making my stay memorable. I especially want to recognize Francesca at the front desk, Francesca at Terrazza 241, and **Kirols, who took care of us during breakfast and with in-room dining.
Kirols stood out for his exceptional hospitality. He always greeted us with a smile, asked about our stay, and took a genuine interest in making sure we were enjoying Lake Como. He also shared excellent recommendations on places to visit, which made our trip even more memorable. His positive attitude and sincere kindness are exactly what great hospitality should look like.
Both Francescas were equally outstanding. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. All three are exceptional ambassadors for the Hilton brand.
We made the most of everything the hotel has to offer. We enjoyed dinner every evening at **Terrazza 241**, grabbed pizza from the street food venue, relaxed with drinks at the lobby bar, took advantage of the Hilton Honors Diamond benefit with the discounted spa access, and spent hours unwinding in the rooftop pool and jacuzzi while enjoying one of the most beautiful views in Italy.
Hilton Lake Como continues to exceed my expectations year after year. The beautiful facilities are certainly part of the experience, but it's the people who make this hotel truly special. I already know I'll be back.
Hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. We went as part of a tour and the hotel handles large groups well. Nice that it’s in a quiet location outside of the main part of Como. Downside is that you need an Uber or a long walk (about 30 minutes) to get to the city center.
Bathroom was lovely and large. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and good food.
As a Hilton, it lacks the charm and atmosphere of a small local hotel but a good option for a visit to Lake Como

Piscina meio fria, o nosso banheiro tinha cheiro de gordura vindo do restaurante, funcionário da recepção arrogante.
